Our family stayed at Nuevo Crete for one week in October 2024, and from the moment we entered the lobby we were greeted with the warmest hospitality we have ever experienced during our stays in Greece. The rooms are super efficiently appointed and designed to provide everything you need for a totally relaxing experience in Heraklion. The rooms are meticulously clean, warm, and inviting and the beds, pillows, and linens were luxuriously comfortable. Everyone on the staff was warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly joyful. The Nuevo suites have ample and safe parking on site and is only a five-minute walk to the most beautiful and relaxing beach, with sand, clear warm water, and cool vibes. The area has great restaurants, cafes, and bars all within 5-10 minutes of walking distance. The nearby local supermarket was fresh and well-supplied with anything we necessary for the ultimate vacation. As world travelers for many years, we believe that Nuevo Crete by the sea is truly a hidden gem in Heraklion that made our stay one of the best vacations we ever experienced.

A wonderful stay with the most helpful staff . The rooms are modern and comfortable. The bed was so comfortable. Tea, coffee and nespresso machine in the room , a small fridge and safe and plates and cutlery provided in the room. Can even cook on the portable cook top. Not that you need to , a few minutes walk away is the supermarket and a few tavernas . You can also use the facilities from the sister hotel Enorme Teatro like pool, bar and beach beds , umbrella sets . Parking is also available outside . Our helpful Staff Vasili and Chara were most friendly and took care of all our requirements. Also the location is convenient to bus stop if you don’t have a car. Heraklion is around a 20 min bus ride for 1.5 euro one way .

Very spacious, newly and fully renovated hotel very close to the beach and the bus station. The room was clean, incredibly well equipped with modern vibe and lovely toiletries. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast inluded a large selection of fresh Cretan delicacies. The hotel staff and the manager were very responsive and helped us sort out every single arrangement! Plus there was a parking lot opposite the hotel. Highly recommended. Thank you so much for the lovely stay

Excellent rooms in a perfect location. I stayed for 2 days due to business obligations and enjoyed both the rooms and the hospitality. Ι highly recommend it for those who want to combine serenity and high quality of accommodation.

Brand new hotel with mattresses and toppers that would make Bruno Barbieri envious! The suite was large, with kitchen, coffee etc. Free access to the beach and facilities of the Teatro hotel is included, as it is owned by the same owner, the cuisine here is excellent, the setting and the service of a high standard. with mega cushions, sunbeds, diffused music, settings, swimming pool... Very kind all The path from the hotel to the Teatro hotel on the beach could be beautified and cared for

A very nice, quiet hotel in the "second" line, very clean. Our 2 rooms were very spacious, offered a lot of comfort and everything you need to feel good on holiday. All rooms are equipped with a kitchenette, an induction hob, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. Plates and cutlery are also there, as well as pots and a frying pan. Each room has a balcony. Parking and dining options are in the immediate vicinity. We really enjoyed our holiday, the beach is a 1-minute walk from the hotel. The pool with loungers and umbrellas from the sister hotel Teatro Enorme Beach Resort, the loungers with umbrellas on the beach, and the restaurant from the sister hotel are available to guests of "Nuovo by enorm". The staff is very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Communication with the hotel was very quick and friendly. We are delighted. And would love to come back! Many thanks again to all the hotel staff!!

We spent a week in this hotel. We had a very well equipped junior suite with even a Nespresso machine and capsules that go with it... Very good breakfast served at the Teatro hotel 2 minutes away on foot, by the sea... Staff at the hotel Very friendly and efficient hotel. The only thing that is a little annoying is that you have to spend at least 15 euros to be able to use the swimming pool and 6 euros to have the sun loungers at the hotel beach.
