All in all the hotel far exceeds the sufficiency, the structure is slightly far from the pedestrian centre, but there is a bus stop a few minutes walk away with which you can reach the small center where there are various shops and bars located here and there or with plenty of half an hour by bus with more traffic to reach the center of Heracleo, in terms of services and food the hotel falls within European standards, I stayed in the structure on the second floor and I can say that the structure is functional and practical but very 70s style, it would take a nice modernization starting from the rooms which are large, bright and clean The structure which is declared 4 stars in my opinion (I tour hotels and resorts every month) is a 3 star, boasts a large swimming pool and a small one for children next to it, furthermore to the right of its entrance it has another mini swimming pool with 2 mini slides and a small theatre, the entertainment team is committed to entertaining adults and children alike, they have an extensive weekly programme, at the end of the hotel there is also the sea, the buffet food is of good quality, some dishes are really delicious, others acceptable, only the breakfast did not satisfy me, but we Italians are known to be too demanding, the clientele I saw was German and in any case from Northern Europe, from the photos I expected more, rating 6/7 however satisfied with the stay Just one thing that I didn't like is that if you want to take a hot shower when you get out of the pool or the sea there isn't one (you have to go up to the room) I found windy days it would have been convenient to be able to immediately take a hot shower indoors instead only outdoor showers open cold

We stayed in the main hotel. It wasn't too big ant therefore not too busy. Rooms were lovely and clean. Cleaners came in every day. Rooms are a little dated though. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Pool and beach all clean. There was always a little t of food although felt a little repetitive. All inclusive drinks were really limited. Water slides were great for the kids and we could let them wander themselves as felt really safe (youngest is 10). The only downsides were that there wasn't enough sun loungers. There were a couple of days we couldn't get on the beach or near the pool. The entertainment at night was geared to those that spoke French or German. We were the only English family in the hotel during our whole stay.

My review is not about the structure but about the entertainment which in my opinion is managed by a head entertainer who is difficult to talk to because he speaks terrible English, he is rarely present at the shows and the only evening he performed he gave a terrible show. In an international village I don't expect a similar figure.

This hotel I have chosen because of reviews I've read and photos I've seen. Unfortunately, neither reviews nor photos have checked on place. The rooms are already outdated, however, really clean. Wi-fi works poorly, and cable TV provides just a few channels. Beach towels, even though they are free, one may exchange every second day? Having all inclusive options, you get only 1 bottle of water for 2 weeks of stay. Food is mostly international, only 2 days in a week there are national dinner (Mexican and Greek). Often happened that is not hot. Breakfast meals repeat daily. The advantages of this hotel are super nice personnel, location, and cleanness.

Pantelis is a great massage therapist. One of the best massages we ever had. We chose the Cretan massage. We got a discount and an extra face massage for 15 min on top. The Spa Manager was super friendly and helpful. All in all a great experience.

Location: The bus journey from the airport takes about 30 minutes, including stops at other hotels. The check-in process went smoothly, and we received our room keys and all-inclusive bracelets immediately upon arrival (in the evening). Accommodation: Rooms are available either in the main building or in two-story bungalows. As a four-member family with a child, we got a family room in a bungalow with two separate rooms. The furniture is a bit older, but the amenities are fully adequate, including a fridge, bathtub, air conditioning and TV. Toiletries (soap and shampoo) are provided, as well as bathrobes. As loyal clients, we were welcomed with a bottle of wine and fruit. During our stay, we had an issue with the air conditioning in one of the rooms. We were offered a room exchange, but we declined. The hotel provided us with a fan until the AC was fixed. Reception: The reception staff communicated well and were very helpful. Restaurant: There was a sufficient variety of dishes, including meat, side dishes, salads, desserts (including ice cream), and fruits (grapefruits, apples, peaches, etc.). Drinks were available from self-service machines. We never had trouble finding a table, and the staff worked hard to quickly replenish the food. Special thanks to Despina, whom we've known for several years, and also to Manolis and Yannis. Beach bar: There are self-service machines for non-alcoholic beverages, water, and coffee, while the bartenders serve all-inclusive cocktails, beer and local alcohol. It's also possible to order extra-paid, higher-quality drinks. All the bartenders work hard. Greetings to Nektarius and Popi! From 11 am to 4 pm, there is a tavern by the beach bar offering pizza, fish sticks, french fries, pasta, sweets, vegetables, and fruits. Hotel bar: It opens at 5 pm, and you can purchase cocktails outside of the all-inclusive package. We send our greetings to our "old acquaintances" Minas, Vladyslav, and Irini, who were always very nice and smiling despite their heavy workload. Pool bar: Throughout the day, non-alcoholic drinks and beer are available. During evening programs, there is a staffed bar. Beach: The beach is sandy, with pebbles at the water's edge. Sunbeds and umbrellas are free of charge. We used to go to the beach early, so we had no trouble finding sunbeds. There were strong winds, high waves, and a red flag the first 3 days, but then the sea calmed down. There are showers at the entrance, and the beach and sunbeds are cleaned daily. Pools: There are two pools with free sunbeds and umbrellas, cleaned daily, with a lifeguard on duty. One of the pools has slides that are available for older children. Entertainment: Throughout the day, there are various activities such as aqua aerobics, volleyball, etc. The animators are very engaging and communicative without being intrusive. Special thanks to Chris, Kilian, and Mathias. We regularly attended morning and afternoon fitness/stretching/yoga lessons, that, unfortunat

Second visit to this resort, second great vacation! We come back because we enjoyed last year visit. The hotel has a private beach, sandy beach with blue flag! It’s perfect choice for family with children. Location is perfect, beach hotels, 15 min of Heraklion, not directly on main road, hotel has a spacious area very well maintain. The drinks are mediocre but this is a general issue for AI resorts. Food is very good and tasty, we enjoyed especially fish, lamb, gyros@beachTaverna🤗. The rooms are cleaned daily. In general, the staff is very friendly, helpful and with a positive attitude. Big thanks for staff! Animation team program was improved since last year. Evening program was nice, too. Kids enjoyed mini disco each evening. We highly recommend this resort.

Well where should I start : Firstly this hotel is NOT 4 star as advertised-more likely like 2 stars at the best . We are in the hotel now so let’s make up to date review: Firstly hotel needs complete renovation as looks like you are on holiday in 1970s. We arrived on Saturday. Reception staff invited us for a lunch however no much explanation where things are etc . Food was just average until now - as I wasn’t fancy hot food and went for a salad . Had only one spoonful of beans and noticed it’s fermented. Went and spoke with staff who directed me to head chief, unfortunately he didn’t understand me however removed fermented salad beans from display. 5 min later ( what I’m assuming it was person in charge ) come over and asked me what is was wrong , again explained that bean salad is fermented ( she couldn’t understand meaning of fermentation so explained how they fermented grapes to make wine - used the simplest English I could ) she then started to arguing with me that sald dose not need to be kept in fridge!!! as it’s not cheese 😳😳😳this is absolutely shocking! I then explained in nice manner that I don’t want to be rude and causing arguments just trying to made them aware that is NOT acceptable to display fermented food ( trying to avoid complete disaster for others guests) . 2 minutes later the same salad was brought back and displayed 🤢🤢🤢 Rooms are clean but far away from 4 star hotel- fridge in room is empty. We only had a bottle of water first day and that’s all - they don’t top up fridge with drinks , not even water and worst part is that bar is shut at 12am so if you want anything to drink you have to drink tap water from bathroom ( this should be stated when you arriving in hotel ) ! Also no access to drinkable water after 12 am which surely is against law . Food is cold . Beach bar only display one portion of meat and when is gone is replaced with things called “fish sticks “ and “chicken nuggets “- mots grossed thing I ever seen as no fish or chicken in them . No lifeguard on beach 😤beach is full of cigarettes buts and other rubbish Drinks in all inclusive are horrible- only lager is drinkable. Also when you go to order drinks from bar , barman ignores you and serves Germans gust before you ( even seen you been there before them / complete ignorance). No warning signs to say floor can be wet - only today seen 3 people falling. We been travelling a lot and been in different hotels however this is the worst one , especially that we paid a lot more then few months ago in 5star hotel .
