The bathroom door does not close, there is no water in the faucet, the room light switches are broken, there are small insects in the room, water is dripping into the room from the air conditioner, the walls are dirty, the most disgusting hotel I have ever visited in my life

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!! Payed for 8 rooms for 16 people ended up with 4 rooms with 13 beds total so not even enough room for all of us and they wouldn’t do anything about it. A/C didn’t work in any room, 4 of the plugs didn’t work and 1 wasn’t even wired up properly, 2 of the showers didn’t work, bathroom light didn’t work, rooms were dirty and only cleaned once throughout the week, beds are uncomfy and stained. Owner didn’t seem to care about any of the problems we he and even had the audacity to try n charge us for the faulty appliances.Also blasted loud music till 5 in the morning

I wasn't planning to stay there, we had a problem with our reservation from another hotel in Herakleion. Alex the manager of Cloud 9 Bar and Hotel helped us even without having a reservation and saved our holidays. If I ever visit Malia I will stay again there. Great stuff, costumers, environment in general, cocktails and music 🎵

This was my second stay at Cloud 9 and it’s always a pleasure! The hotel is spotless, perfect location (walking distance to the beach, bars, clubs, restaurants, shops), the staff are absolutely amazing could not fault them in any way possible! Alex the owner is a diamond, sooo helpful! I will DEFINITELY be returning to hotel Cloud 9 Malia again in the summer!! Can’t wait!

Me and my friends have visited cloud 9 twice this month as we couldn’t stay away! The staff are amazing and will do anything for you! The rooms are perfect and clean with an amazing bar downstairs which do the best cocktails! Honestly, highly recommend!! Perfect location for everywhere in Malia!

Cloud 9 is located perfectly in the middle of malia *****, with just a short walk straight to the beach. Not only is it surrounded by great bars/clubs, cloud 9 have their own bar open till late. Great music, great drinks, great staff & great shishas! Rooms are lovely and clean, as well a fab pool out the back of the hotel. Absolutely recommended, will definitely be back!

Cloud 9 is such a friendly hotel/bar! All staff are very polite, nothing is ever to much! Amazing customer service! Affordable prices- perfect location. Definitely worth a visit! Best atmosphere and such fun staff.

Me and my friends stayed at cloud 9 for a week in April. The location is perfect short walk to the beach and next to all the bars. The room were very clean and the staff were very attentive. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

The hotel Cloud9 in Malia it'ts amazing. Under the hotel have the bar, which is amazing as well and we feel so happy all whith my friends. The workers, the waiters, the boss they was so nice whit uss, its so friendly i can recomend for everyone. The muzik, the food, it's amazing. I can RECOMEND FOR EVERYONE!!!:)
