We just got home from Alexander Beach Hotel yesterday and all I can say is what an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff and made feel very comfortable and welcome straight away. Our room was lovely and spotlessly clean. The resort is like a traditional Greek village style and it is maintained beautifully. We tried each of the restaurants and the staff and food were both fantastic. We asked for a special dinner for our wedding anniversary and with absolutely no hassle there was a stunning sunset dinner on the beach arranged for us. The entertainment at the hotel was a particular highlight for us. The animators were some of the most friendly people we met and we had so much fun getting involved in both the daytime and evening activities. The setting of Alexander Beach Hotel on a private beach was another highlight for us. We went parasailing and had the best time! Overall I would highly recommend Alexander Beach Hotel...it was a fantastic relaxing place to holiday and we will have fond memories for years to come.

We just returned from our fourth stay at the Alexander Beach Hotel – 16 unforgettable days – and once again, we were absolutely thrilled. I travel alone with my child, and every time we are welcomed with warmth, care, and outstanding service. The hotel is spotless, the food is excellent, and the entire team goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable. A special thank you to Sokratis, Makis, and the entertainment team, especially Steffen, for their kindness, professionalism, and personal touch. The pools are large, clean, and beautifully maintained, and the direct access to the wide sandy beach is simply perfect. Another plus: Heraklion Airport (HER) is only about 30 minutes away by car. We are already looking forward to our next stay in October – it truly feels like a second home.

The hotel is very family and kid friendly all are very nice. The food shows a great variety and it is very clean. We are absolutely satisfied with our choice. I booked a Spa treatment for manicure and pedicure and it was done by Anastasia. She did an amazing job, customer oriented, friendly and fun to talk with. Boso was also very friendly as one of the mangers from the Spa.

Great hotel to visit .Very tasty food and very friendly staff.Excellent service from the spa team. Anestis is the best physiotherapist i ever had, he was very kind and did excellent job . He made sure I was comfortable in the spa area and enjoy every moment. His hands are pure magic . The girls outside also helped me with all I needed to know . The service is fantastic highly recommended. Thank you aegeo spas.

Simona was my masseuse in the treatment and it was an excellent therapy. I did the Cretan massage and it was excellent. I highly recommend the place, especially Simona, who provided an especially kind and professional service. Anyone who loves massage must do this treatment because it is especially liberating and relaxing. Thank you to Simona and the professional staff of the place.

The hotel here is perfect I came with my family on May and we have amazing time. The food is delicious.I went to the spa and my therapist was really good I had a very good massage the Cretan with the slow hydration mask and the facial was really nice. Eleni is very very good also Boso in the spa help me with everything . I would love to come back …

The hotel was fine, personnel very polite and chilled and everything clean and in place. The restaurant was great, with fresh quality food and an amazing variety of healthy (and naughty) things to’ eat. We went in low season and still the animation was great. Mike and David entertained us all at night with the mini disco, the quizes and the dances, and we can only imagine how great it must be when Weather permits to do it all’ outdoors or longer into the night! You can tell when people love what they do and Mike was a great example of passion, skills and leadership. The kids club was already open and Natalie was amazing: our child loved her and she knew how to entertain them all! The kind of patience, resources and skills she showed made us even consider to spend again some holidays in Crete (that is, at this family Hotel)
