Lovely accommodation, lovely host who couldn't do enough for us, peaceful setting. Parking easy, secure, breakfast amazing with homemade items, comfortable bed, large balcony bedroom, bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and shower. The whole place was sparkling clean.

Villa, quiet and clean place, Kindness and professionalism from the owner. Excellent breakfast and very abundant. Guaranteed parking space, well connected, very close to the highway and other cities of Varese

Impossible to find a fault. Very kind owners. The house is very well kept, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom impeccable. Very comfortable bed, firm mattress as I like it. Quiet room, I slept very well. In the room there is a TV and a kettle with a selection of teas and herbal teas available to guests. Good breakfast, fresh croissants, biscuits, cereals, yogurt, orange juice. There is an automatic coffee machine available, which also makes cappuccino if desired. I did not ask if savory breakfast is also available, but given the courtesy of the owners, I think there are no problems communicating in advance.

We, two elderly couples from Germany, were once again privileged to enjoy the hospitality of Ca' Rosa in June and July 2023. As always, we were very pleased with the very friendly hostess and the ambiance of the house's interior. We were also very pleased with the excellent breakfast. We would be happy to return.
