INCUBO! STATE ALLA LARGA! STRUTTURA INCUSTODITA Personale a dir poco scortese Parcheggio pessimo Sicurezza zero Dopo varie chiamate e una mail nel pomeriggio per chiedere gli orari del check-in che risultava dalle 18 in poi, NON HO POTUTO SOGGIORNARE perché in struttura al nostro arrivo non era presente nessuno per fare il check in e risultava completamente incustodita (porta aperta con chiavi dei clienti lasciate incustodite per tutta la sera) Dopo svariate chiamate a tutti i numeri presenti SENZA RISPOSTA, ho dovuto spendere 123 euro per dormire in un'altra struttura senza nemmeno venire rimborsata!!!

Everything was excellent, from the welcome to the room! Family run hotel with attentive and kind staff! It's really worth it! There is also a spa which we didn't use but I heard good things about it from the other guests of the hotel! The strategic position for visiting the whole Val di Non which is absolutely worth it!

"Soggiorno" da non rifare mai più. A prima vista l'hotel sembra meglio di come te lo aspetti, la camera che ci hanno dato molto carina, poi però abbiamo riscontrato come letto successivamente in altre recensioni, federa e lenzuola sporche. Il soggiorno sarebbe andato anche abbastanza bene se non fosse che avevamo la mezza pensione, ed in pensione ci siamo proprio sentiti, menù fisso senza possibilità di scelta tra primi e secondi, qualità da mensa e servizio molto molto lento. In più ti vendono la mezza pensione senza dirti nulla che le bevande sono escluse e te le ritrovi al check out. Ma la cosa che davvero mi ha lasciato senza parole è che un giorno siamo tornati dopo ore a camminare per poi scoprire una volta in camera che non c'era acqua calda! Senza essere neanche stati minimamente avvisati! Una volta chiamata la reception già ne erano conoscenza e non ci avevano detto niente ( gli siamo passati davanti poco prima), ma la cosa peggiore è che nonostante sapevano del disagio creato, non si è neanche vista l'ombra di una scusa o di un piccolo gesto per noi al check out... davvero maleducati.

Purtroppo per la prima volta mi vedo costretta a dare una recensione negativa in quanto abbiamo usufruito di uno Smartbox presso questo hotel ma abbiamo riscontrato parecchie cose che non andavano. Prima di tutto il copriletto presentava un buco impossibile da non vedere da parte di chi fa le camere. Avevamo un unico asciugamano da bidet pur essendo in 2 .Passando alla cena esiste un orario per niente flessibile ossia dalle 19 alle 19.30 il menù è unico e scelto dalla direzione quando perfino negli hotel 2 stelle danno almeno 2 scelte di primi e 2 di secondi . Noi avevamo la cena compresa nello smartbox ma ho visto pagare 80 euro x una cena da 2 persone che ripeto viene scelta da loro. La colazione come già detto da altre recensioni si tratta di tutta roba confezionata dalle torte alle brioches ai succhi . Stiamo parlando in un 3 stelle superior..... Io personalmente non ci andrò più e se devo consigliarlo non mi sento di farlo. Peccato perchè uno va in vacanza per rilassarsi e questa volta non è andata bene. Ultimo consiglio alla Signora Grazia ..... abbia un minimo più di empatia con i clienti e sorrida un po di più che fa piacere a chi le parla.

Abbiamo utilizzato un pacchetto Smart box per 2 notti e scelto questo albergo in quanto dotato di spa. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, pulito, silenzioso, camere con bagni nuovi, personale disponibile e ottimi massaggi. Da migliorare il menu un po’ limitato.

Hotel ben tenuto ed in posizione tranquilla. Cordialità assoluta da parte di tutto il personale. Camere ben arredate e pulite. Utilizzato uno smartbox di 2 notti. SPA ben tenuta. Cena ben servita con primo, secondo, contorni a buffet e dolce. Colazione dolce e salata discreta. Consigliato.
