Localização ideal à entrada de Cárceres, mesmo à face da nacional. Com valores praticados económicos e pequeno almoço incluído. Infraestruturas a precisarem de manutenção mas é confortável. O pequeno almoço tem alguma opção e horário adequado a viajantes.

Reservamos este hotel por la piscina, fundamental viajando con dos niños pequeños y con 41 °C de temperatura. En ningún momento se nos informó de que la depuradora no funcionaba y que el agua era insalubre, a pesar de preguntar varias veces al personal. Nadie del hotel nos avisó; tuvimos que enterarnos por otros huéspedes. Esta falta de información supuso un riesgo muy grave para la salud de nuestros hijos. Además, el servicio de recepción fue muy deficiente: el check-in estaba mal hecho y en el check-out perdimos casi una hora, porque no había personal disponible y la persona que estaba no sabía ni si habíamos pagado. En resumen: falta de profesionalidad, cero transparencia y servicios que no corresponden con lo ofrecido. Muy decepcionante y nada recomendable.

El hotel tiene unos trabajadores maravillosos, que nos hicieron la estancia realmente muy agradable, a pesar del desastre de hotel k es. Nos quedamos dos veces sin agua caliente,el desayuno y cenas paupérrimo, a pesar del gran esfuerzo del personal, las tarjetas para abrir la habitación se bloqueaban constantemente. En mi habitación el tfno analógico no tenía ni cable, solo había un ascensor para todos, además había escaleras que no las salvaba el ascensor. No recomendable

No es un tres estrellas, las camas incómodas, las almohadas superbajas parecía que no había. Dos de las tres noches sin agua caliente porque la caldera no daba a basto para todas las habitaciones a la vez. Los enchufes estaban al lado opuesto de las camas (a los pies y teníamos que poner una silla para poder cargar los móviles.

Trato excelente, lugar acogedor. Menú: ensalada mixta, croquetas y calamares. Plato estrella: Paella. He de decir que está espectacular. El chef Daniel Sevillano muy agradable y buena persona y camareros con muy buen trato. Volveré seguro, nos han tratado muy bien. Abril 2025.

El hotel es aceptable. Hemos viajado bastante y creo está catalogado con alguna estrella de más, estrella que se compensa con la atención y amabilidad recibida por la recepcionista María Jesús. Nos solventó un problemilla, en miras a facilitar y hacer más agradable nuestra estancia.

Hotel tranquilo, con buena atención y muy bien la limpieza. Además es cómodo con el parking al lado. La pena es que no pudimos disfrutar de la piscina. Volveremos en verano! Muy bien también el desayuno, con mucha variedad de cosas para elegir
