The villa is located inside the premises of the Rio Mar Beach Resort on a gated community. Is very private and peaceful near the action on the hotel. Is a tourist neighborhood so you can find many restaurants and stores nearby. Absolutely loved our stay in this villa. The view and the beach are stunning and the pools were excellent. Sandra was wonderful, super responsive, kind and helpful. I would most definitely recommend this property.

We’ve stayed in the Villas in Puerto Rico four times before and have never had a better trip, a better villa, a better host. We will 100% stay here again

Another wonderful stay in paradise
We had another wonderful stay at Sandra’s place. Everything was nice and comfortable and easy. The villa is roomy and the kitchen is great for cooking meals if you want to eat in. We always enjoy walking on the beach in the morning and love that there aren’t a lot of people staying in the complex. We’re looking forward to coming back next year.

Perfect vacation spot!
Sandra was wonderful and the unit was exactly as described! Would recommend this unit and the property! The pools are steps away with plenty of chairs, and the beach is gorgeous. Would highly recommend a car for groceries, sight seeing and restaurants.

Beautiful Location
I was really surprised with the lack of people at the complex and on the beach. It was amazing and felt like we had the place to ourselves. The room had everything we needed and the view was unbeatable. There was a poltergeist light in the room that came on and off for no reason and I was too dumb to figure out how to turn it off but otherwise our stay was amazing. We loved shucking the coconuts on the beach and we were lucky enough to see the turtles hatched right outside of our room.
