Fantastic place for holiday with great view and good service. The food they provided was yummy, taste better than most restaurants in New Zealand. Highly recommend!

My favorite hotel in Fiji! Welcome champagne was given upon check-in, and the service is available at any time You can go out to sea at any time, except for the SPA fee, everything else is all-inclusive (including sea fishing, snorkeling, picnics, etc.), you can tell the front desk guy what you want to play

A highly recommended outer island resort, not noisy at all, with beautiful sea views and a variety of water activities

There is nothing here. You have to take a boat for 1 and a half hours and buy the boat ticket yourself. My child is 15 years old, but he was not allowed to stay at the hotel when he arrived, saying that he was a minor. However, they did not refund the room fee. They asked us to stay in another chain hotel of their hotel, which was in very poor conditions. We refused to go. Finally, they said that we could stay, but the child could only stay in the house and was not allowed to go out. We arrived at 4 pm, and they kept making us wait in the lobby and not let us into the room. They only agreed to let us stay when it was too dark. It was very inhumane. We stayed for two nights, and they asked us for an extra 1,000 Fijian dollars. The child did not even come out of the room, and we were not in the mood to play. It was a very bad experience. Moreover, their hotel promotion is very good, but in fact it is only five villas. It is a very small resort with no fun activities. It is not worth coming, especially the ** female supervisor, who pretended to be a good person and secretly asked my child what your parents do, and said that they would not give you more money. I gave you a symbolic amount, and finally blackmailed us for 1,000. I will never come here again!

Facilities: The facilities in the room are okay, but some furniture is a bit old Hygiene: The room is pretty good, but the bathroom is outside and there are lizards and small bugs Environment: Every day is like being in paradise. When you open the window, you will see the sparkling sea. Service: The service is very good. We have good food every morning, lunch and dinner, and we can explore different islands and beaches. There will be dedicated people to take you boating, snorkeling and be responsible for your safety.

Where to start... Our understanding from all the literature was that this proclaimed to be a 5 star resort. Certainly it is in the Luxury Escapes as a Lux Escape. On arrival, we were met with a song, lovely, but no Lei as we had received in other resorts. Lunch was served before we went to our room, no drink was offered except water, despite being "all-inclusive" Lunch was ok, not exactly fine dining, but tasty. I remarked to my wife at the time that the paper napkins had me a little concerned as to the quality of the place. A little tell-tale sign to me. I went to the public toilet nat the main centre, and it was an old, tired, concrete building in a dark corner, mosquito's everywhere. I said to my wife, that if the room is like that we are leaving. We were shown to our room, we chose the one furthest away for privacy. It was a lovely room, however, the floor had literally just been varnished and the toxic fumes were almost overwhelming, but it was clean and fresh. The bathroom was amazing in the daytime, as part of it had no roof so you could shower in the open air. At that time, we hadn't really appreciated that at night we would get devoured by mosquito's. It was impossible not to, even with Bushman deterrent. Unfortunately, the outdoor pool made a loud slurping noise, even during the day it was really annoying, and at night we had to turn it off which scared me a bit as the outdoor electrical connections were really dodgy. The air con banged all night. I recorded the decibel reading on an app as 70Db, almost enough to be damaging to hearing. It seemed that the outdoor unit which was fitted to the top of the entrance porch, close to the head of the bed, was vibrating against the building. We decided to give it a whole day, breakfast was basic, lunch was ok, dinner was really good, but I had to ask what the deal was with the bar service as no-one offered us an alcoholic drink or cocktail. I was brought the wine list and chose a wine, which they said they didn't have in stock. 5 minutes later apparently they did have it and said they would keep the bottle behind the counter for me. Next day I asked for the same, the same person said they didn't have it. I had to remind him he put it behind the counter. There are only 5 villas at the resort, so not too much to remember. Anyway, another night of banging air con was enough and we chose to leave. We had booked 5 nights, stayed only 2, and they only refunded me two nights. On the second day they took us to a deserted island for a picnic on the beach. Great picnic, but the beach of the island where they took us was absolutely covered in litter! Some f it had been made into a pile, but we had to walk over the rest to get to our picnic area which had been set up for us. What should have been idyllic was a horror show. You'd think being 5 star they would have raked a path to the picnic spot at least? Anyway, what I am trying to say is that this place is great if you want to escape, but it's definitely

We had an incredible five-day stay at this hotel on a secluded Fijian island, and it was the perfect getaway. The room was stunning with a breathtaking view, and every meal was a treat! The entertainment options kept us engaged, adding to the whole experience. But the highlight was the staff; their warmth and hospitality made us feel right at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable escape!
