Vista do Lago Jungle Lodge

Every part of our stay at Vista do Lago was fantastic. We booked directly, Lia was great at communicating and arranging our trip. Transfers were well organised, our english speaking guide collected us from Manaus with the driver, so from the start we were informed. The private chalet room looks recently renovated, hot shower, good air con and comfortable beds. The food was a highlight, Adrianna served me amazing vegetarian food, while my husband enjoyed the local homecooked meat and fish. To top, great internet and refreshing swimming pool. We did various activities with Manuel, who was brilliant: swimming with pink dolphins, fishing, boat trip through flooded forest, caiman spotting, jungle trek, visit to turtle project and canoe trip. The lodge is family run and by staying here you are supporting the local community, all of whom were so welcoming and friendly. For a truly authentic, friendly and relaxing experience I'd absolutely recommend. Thank you all for an unforgettable holiday ＜3

A good way to discover Amazonia,the food is one of the best i ever ate,everyone of the community go inside you and keep a good energy on you.The bedroom comfortable and you can listen the noise of the nature.Everything have a good organization before of to go they ask you some question to try to discover something of you so as to they can know what type of things are for you.See you soon !

A family run business that gave us our best holiday experience to date. Our tour guide Pepe put together a great itinerary which was a perfect blend of activities and relaxation, it helped us meet the locals and get to know the community, whilst also enjoying the amazon experience (meeting pink dolphins, fishing, jungle trek etc). regarding the lodge- During our 3 day stay, we fully felt like we were part of the family. They went the extra mile for our anniversary decorating the room, making a delicious cake and creating some homemade decor - very touched by the show of love we received from them. Overall, couldn’t recommend this place more to not only explore the Amazon, but also meet great hosts and have an experience that you will cherish forever!

It was wonderful and some of the best experiences ever. The staff was superb, the food was outstanding, and the activities were amazing. Definitely a place to go to experience the Amazon. Ella made our experience so comfortable as her English was excellent and she made sure our needs were met.

The lodge is located in a beautiful, peaceful stretch of the river with many activities on offer. The staff provided top notch service and delicious food. The local guide and interpreter were very informative and friendly. We learned a lot about the Amazon and would recommend staying here.

Everything was just wonderful. Tata helped us not only plan the daily itineraries, but also arranged all transportation to/from the airport. All of the activities we did with our guide Erielton were a lot of fun. The food provided by the lodge was also excellent and we looked forward to each meal. Between excursions, we relaxed in the hammocks or took a dip in the river or pool. The lodge is in a fantastic location, on the river and in a small community, with a beautiful view. We liked that the lodge had a small footprint and felt rustic. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. We couldn’t recommend this experience enough!
