The property is good and the location is best if you want to stay little bit away from mall road and the food was awesome. Regarding the amenities and service they need some serious improvement in hospitality

The hotel staff does not respond at all and nothing happens to the cleaning, the staff does not come even when called. My experience was very dirty in this hotel, I have stayed 2-nights with my family here.The food at the hotel doesn't go well.

Overall it was a good experience to stay here. Staff members are polite and understanding. Rooms were clean and room service is also good.

Rooms were not clean. Television was not working. Bedsheets were not clean. No hangers for hanging the cloths. Blankets were not organised. Worst experience.

We stayed at manali mountain regency and loved the experience overall. First of all, location is convenient, secondly staff was so friendly, special shout out to anil joshi who stayed connected and helped us throughout our stay and even dropped us to the vehicle post checkout. Our stay was nothing less than amazing. Will definitely visit again. Do try chicken curry here.

I had a great stay experience at Manali Mountain Regency. In all aspects my stay experience was owsome. me and my wife felt overwhelmed with there care, service etc. we felt like home.

We stayed here for 3 days, we had a great experience. 1-room was very good and view from room was awesome. 2-food was really good, we have ordered many items all are so good. 3-all staff are very humble, respectful and well oriented. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.
