Rahul Chettri, was the best to assist at the Dining area. The stay was awesome, with the balcony view at its peak, also they have their apple farming :). One must experience the spa too. They have best travel partners. Got the best driver - Golu bhaiya. Overall great experience.

A great experience to have when in Manali. Professional services which includes immaculate rooms, great food and amazing staff who are there to help and guide at every instance. A kid friendly hotel with most amazing view. My 3rd time in manali and this is the best stay I have had. A special mention to Ronit Lama for going extra mile.

Excellent stay and friendly staff. The view from the hotel is awestruck. Rahul chettri is excellent staff member from the hotel who always very polite and greets with happy face. I will visit this place again. During the match to April months less snow but great view.

The room service and the rooms were the best even the food staff was excellent they were kind and they give all there efforts to us. All over everything was excellent. Thankyou for everything we loved our experience with staying at your hotel. We will visit soon next time for sure.

This hotel is very nice and the restaurant is fantastic staff are very nice this gives us all the thing in very short time the staf name is rahul chettri and phurba when anyone vist to manali come to this hotel it is very nice in this hotel cleanliness is also there we have a huge balcony where we can see very nice thing

The quality of the food was really good, the rooms were spacious and super comfortable. The service was excellent, they attended to your every need. The ambience was one of its kind. The hotel people showed immense hospitality. People were very kind

Nice stay. Enjoyed very much.will stay again if I come here. Staff is very nice and accomodative.Good location. Altmash and team lama was outstanding enjoyed a lot we will definitely come again thanks to tiaras for such a nice hospitality.

The service was excellent. The staff was very hostile.No where we faced any dicomfort. The staff was available to service at all the times. Rooms were fabulous.Everything overall was very pleasant to experience. Genuinely loved the stay here
