Our stay at Bookmark Resorts Manali exceeded all expectations and left me thoroughly impressed! The resort's picturesque location amidst the breathtaking beauty of Manali's landscape and Most Definitely The Himalayas View immediately captured my heart. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. The accommodations were top-notch, offering spacious and elegantly designed rooms that provided both comfort and luxury. The dining experience was a culinary delight, with a wide array of delicious dishes that satisfied my palate. What truly sets Bookmark Resorts apart is the impeccable service provided by the staff, who went above and beyond to cater to my every need with a genuine smile. Whether it was arranging transportation or providing recommendations for local attractions, they were always ready to assist with the utmost professionalism. Upon arrival at the Resort, there was a Wow effect! The hotel is perfectly situated with breath taking views of the Himalayas. The hotel itself is perfect in every aspect. Clean rooms with all necessary amenities. Lovely staffs and great food. Also, they take good care of the driver. A big thanks to Mr Sanjay who was welcoming and informative. He made us feel so homely that me and family want go back again there for a longer stay. Special mention to Mr Pushpa also who was very lovely.

The staff was extremely kind in everything, they took the extra effort to make our stay very memorable since it was my wife’s birthday. The food, room, ambience of the property, the location of the property was all very perfect. Thank you to the entire team!

I have booked this property directly from their official website by paying 50% advance. However cancelled it due to some reason and within free cancellation period. Now it si more than 2 months, I am following up for my refund without any response. On WhatsApp messages they are giving me date after date and now not even responding. Looks like it is bankrupt property. Be aware

I stayed at Bookmark Resorts, Manali for three nights with a friend. We had two rooms. One Premium and one Luxury Jacuzzi. Both rooms were well-appointed and had beautiful views, awesome. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The jacuzzi was a great touch for relaxing. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The food was also fresh and delicious. It was a peaceful and refreshing getaway and we truly enjoyed every moment and would love to return!

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I especially appreciated the little details—like the quality toiletries and prompt room service. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions, and the breakfast each morning was delicious with plenty of options. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip!

Decent property. Nice & cozy rooms with beautiful views. Excellent service. Very courteous and friendly staff. The only thing off about this place was its restaurant. Breakfast menu was very limited and food was average. We stayed there for 3 days and it was almost the same menu throughout. Even when i wanted to order room service, they refused for most of the items saying it is not available. Overall 3.5/5
