Washroom was not clean,mattress was uncomfortable,towels were dirty that is why we decided to change the hotel the next day

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and made sure everything was taken care of. A big thanks to sukhdev, who provided everything on time and was always friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. Overall, everything was well-organized, and the staff made my stay very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice and hassle-free experience.

The property location is good on mall road, amenities provided as mentioned but the hot water tap was not working in washrooms and the generator was not available during the power cut. Service was satisfactory.
