Hotal doesn’t have any hospitality attitude , they have even given us complimentary water after asking several times in evening while I checked in afternoon

Amazing Hotel with great views and quiet environment. It was a very peaceful to stay. staff is very friendly and cooperative. Hidimba devi temple is at a walking distance. Food is good with lots of games to play. Loved the place. Nearby cafes are available

Great food and service! A wonderful place to stay in Manali. Ayush Rana and Kamal Kumar were such great helps ***** with so many others! Definitely stay here!! Best resort in manali best food best service .Near to Hadimba temple. We will definitely recommend to everyone you just visit this place.

Best room view , spacious and comfortable bed, room is very clean and smells clean The facility is clean and staff are friendly and accomodating. price is relatively affordable and I love staying to their room. I stayed for two nights and I fell inlove with the place. I would definitely come back and booked again! 🙏🙏🙏 Food is also affordable and delicious Thank you for great experience

Hotel Smugglers is at one of the finest location of Manali, warm welcome by helping staff service. Nature welcomes you with open arms of deodar tree and snow covered mountain views. Delicious food in restaurant and good room service. Also they provide services of manali, rohtang tours. All the staff members and boys are well versed, good in their job, wish them all a good luck.

The hotel stay was awesome, staff hospitality was great and loved the 3 day stay here.|View from the balcony is also good and exactly same as pictures shared in other reviews.|Mountain view and whole manali view was great and morning view from the room is excellent.We enjoy a lot . thanks to smugglers .

I am visiting manali for the 10th time I guess but staying in Hotel Smugglers is my first time and I must say my room view is amazing ,staff is very polite and room service is on time. Mr kuldeep is manager here and he is very humble. Hotel location is very peaceful. I would recommend hotel smuggler to tourist and traveller's both.
