The stay was very good. Staff is very friendly and very supportive. Rooms are clean and food is also good. The major reason, I will definitely prefer staying at this Hotel is supportive and friendly staff.

We stayed at Jüsta Grand View Resort & Spa, Manali, expecting a premium experience due to the brand reputation. While the stay had its high points, it didn’t quite justify the price tag. What We Liked: 1. Stunning Views: Clear view of the mountains with no obstructions. 2. Lush Surroundings: Adjacent to an apple orchard, offering more greenery than most nearby properties. 3. Friendly Staff: Always polite and smiling. 4. Delicious Food: Every meal we ordered was tasty and well-prepared. Tip: If you're getting this property / room at ₹6,000–₹7,000 per night, it’s a good deal. Areas That Need Improvement: 1. Room Size: Compact rooms considering the price; better options available in the same area. 2. Limited Buffet: Minimal variety — mostly a repeat of à la carte items. 3. Cleanliness Issues: Under-bed area was dusty; noticed while picking up kids' toys. 4. Narrow Access Road: Can get frustrating when vehicles cross from both directions. 5. Tiny Gym: Very basic — more of a formality than a facility. Special Occasions: A Missed Opportunity We celebrated our daughter’s birthday here. While we paid for a decoration package, a small complimentary touch (like a cake or cookies) would’ve made the experience more memorable. At this price point, some personalization is expected — something we’ve experienced at brands like Taj or ITC. Further, the cake was a big disappointment. We could have brought a better one from outside. Final Word: Not a bad property, but not “grand” either. If you're getting a discounted rate, the views and food make it worthwhile. But if you're paying ₹10K+ per night, you may want to reconsider or lower your expectations.

We had a great experience in justa grand view manali we were a group of 3 friends and we stayed there for 2 days and we took the duplex room .the rooms are nice and clean and the view is just quite pleasant and beautiful apple orchard and mountains.The food is very tasty with lots of varieties in breakfast and dinner also.And the staffs are very friendly and helping in guiding to find the best places to visit in Manali.will plan again to visit manali and justa only.

Nice experience with justa Manali the rooms are near and clean and the food is also amazing.The view from the rooms is justa extremely amazing.the best thing we found was staff they are very helpful always there for you whether it is housekeeping, restaurant or reception. The staff were polite and friendly. Fantastic with the kids. Food quality was amazing with amazing service, although not so much variety. Views were stunning with amazing mountain scenery in every direction. The hotel has a beautiful lawn where kids can run and play. However, there is no play equipment or a secure area for kids to play. Rooms were clean and good size. Prompt room/cleaning service. With a balcony view of the mountains (attached photo of view) Very good location for visiting local tourist attractions. The hotel had parking and local restaurants had no problem delivering to the hotel. On leaving the hotel the staff presented each of us with a himachali cap. This was an unexpected delight and a lovely surprise souvenir of our holiday. Would definitely stay again.
