One of the pathetic hotel I have ever stayed . Except Ravi and Jassi from housekeeping they both were so good humble polite and helpful. But when it come to receptionist and in room dining they all were so rude no humbleness . Receptionist was so rude whenever we were calling they wrrr not sweet at all. Hotel was not so close to Mall Road no view no light in fact they don’t have hot jug. Everytime u have to call for hot water.weather was so freezing -12 but they close centralise gyser no electricity.they were not approachable receptionist and in room dining worst hotel I have ever stayed they have written wrong that they have Mountain View room was so packed

If your search has landed you here, just go for it. The location, hospitality, restaurant, travel desk, rooms, bathrooms - everything is excellent. Deserves all credits for the work. Somethings that needs improvement: 1. Have 2.5% charge on Debit/Credit card 2. Does not provide tea maker, 'bottled water', have to depend on room service

We took rooms on 3rd floor. The rooms were big and clean. There is no view outside though. Only buildings are visible from window. This hotel is very near to mall road and also has car parking facility available. Rooms were clean.
