A sophisticated, beautiful, and family-friendly hotel. The staff at the front desk and by the pool were extremely helpful. I highly recommend staying here, and I definitely plan to return to the same hotel.

My stay at Onyx Arjaan by Rotana was less than expected. I encountered several issues during my stay, such as a malfunctioning TV and delays in fulfilling some requests.
There was also confusion regarding the room presentation, and a room was accidentally opened to guests. Additionally, there was a lack of clarity regarding some promised services, as I was told one thing which later changed.
Management did reach out and apologize, but the overall experience was not comfortable and did not reflect the expected level of service for the price.
