Well located wirg friendly helpful staff. Husein at front of house, Jane at the spa and Mary at the Persian restaurant provided exceptional service during my stay.

The Sheraton Bahrain hotel is brand new, modern, clean. I personally love the entrance full of plants and the huge lobby. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. As a sport person really appreciate the gym, sauna/steam and outdoor pool. Food is great, plenty of choices including fresh juices, antioxidants and cold brew coffee. Have to also mention the club lounge for Marriott Bonvoy elite members - 10th floor with amazing view, food and service.

Great stay! Everything was amazing and the staff are so friendly, they always keep smiling and helping, Big thanks to Mansor. I really liked the new update for the hotel and my baby girl had a great time and she was enjoying with the pool and the cutest gifts♥️

It is a nice hotel but for a five star environment it definitely lacks on a five star service. The personal is neihter professional nor friendly. Very disappointed aftet becoming a member....sad it has much potential but it kind a follows the way of bahrains hospitality sector. So many show a good property with low standards....
