The stay for one night and location is quite good and all type restaurant is close and walkable distance. The hotel new management has changed as per their staff so surely in future might me much better ambience

The room was big but dirty and so much smell as soon entered in it. No towels were provided. Bed was not comfortable. The mattress in room was smelly and dirty. Toilet had lack of proper water flow and speed in bath. Also, bad quality of soap, body wash and shampoo was in toilet. The worse part was, in bed there were bugs and also some bugs over mattress in room. It was nightmare type of experience. I had sleepless nights.

Location is very good. Price average.
Shops & restaurants are just by the hotel.
Hygiene of room is very poor. Chairs in the room were disgusting and carpet was dirty too. Room was darker because light was not enough.

The exterior is beautiful and the location is good, quiet and peaceful. However, the room is just okay, but it has a musty smell. I had to open the windows to let the smell out.

I was completely shocked by this hotel! Beware! Beware!
First, let's talk about check-in. The luggage cart at the front desk was completely clueless about delivering luggage to the room.
Next, let's talk about the amenities: Not only were the trash cans not emptied after the previous guest, but there were no hair dryers, the bathroom water was very small, and the floor was slippery.
I stayed for three nights, and the room wasn't cleaned once.
Breakfast was even worse. It was delivered to the room, supposedly between 7 and 10 AM, but it arrived at 7 AM on the first day and still hadn't arrived by 8 AM on the second. There was no front desk number, and when I called, the waiter came up with a sour face. Beware!
