Very comfortable bed. Nice hot water in the shower. No wifi from our room on the 4th floor. This was the only downside. Breakfast was good in the morning.

Rooms are like apartments and quite comfortable. Reception staff were friendly and breakfast was good. Also about halfway between airport and downtown but connected to a shopping centre so there is plenty on the doorstep.

I used this hotel last year, so I trusted it and made a reservation.
However, shortly after I entered the room, someone rang the doorbell and opened the door without saying a word.. I called the front desk and told them that this kind of absurd situation could happen, but they only said they would talk to the staff and did not take any action.
There were cockroaches in the room, and even when I needed to shower, the water was cut off so I couldn't wash...
The service was so bad compared to the money I paid😭
