Avoid the Ramada by Wyndham hotel in Manaus, terrible service, more than an hour to solve a problem with lack of water and broken air conditioning. Unprepared employees. They don't respond to messages. Hotel under renovation, very noisy (I stayed in room 703). Then they moved me to 915, broken furniture.

O hotel é novo, bem equipado, bom café da manhã, cama confortável, ducha maravilhosa, bom atendimento, fica dentro de uma galeria comercial, mas, poucos. Já conheço a rede Ramada, me hospedei em Recife e Macaé e tem um bom padrão de qualidade. Minhas observações ficam a respeito da localização. Não é próximo ao Centro de Manaus, e para se locomover só de Uber ou carro. Tem um shopping perto para fazer refeições que embora próximo, como fica na beira da via não é aconselhável ir a pé. Minha outra sugestão seria para o parcelamento no cartão, que não houve. Minha estadia foi quase mil reais e nem em 2 parcelas fizeram, achei algo a considerar.

Hotel novo, quarto confortável, bom para quem vá a trabalho para as áreas próximas , Ruim para quem vai a Manaus a turismo. Fica longe do Centro Histórico, onde se concentram bares e restaurantes. Com o trânsito fica pior aínda pois leva mais de 30/40 min de Uber

Hotel muito bom muito completo com restaurante ótimo. Atendimento excelente principalmente das atendentes Ketlhen e Andrea que foram super simpáticas e solícitas. Ponto de melhoria que eu deixo para o hotel são os colchões. Do resto nota 10.
