Don't stay at this hotel, it's terrible. The shower water was cold, the room had no light and there was a power outage for almost the entire day. It's a shame that it was working. I've stayed at the Ramada about 3 times. I've always been very well received. The staff are attentive and strive to provide quality and fast service. The bed is comfortable, the windows have blackout curtains, and the bathrooms are great. It's great for those looking to stay close to shopping malls and a more upscale area of the city.

Avoid the Ramada by Wyndham hotel in Manaus, terrible service, more than an hour to solve a problem with lack of water and broken air conditioning. Unprepared employees. They don't respond to messages. Hotel under renovation, very noisy (I stayed in room 703). Then they moved me to 915, broken furniture.
