While it looks expensive, everything -- food, drinks, alcohol, and all the shore excursions-- are ALL included in your price. You only pay a small port tax and any staff gratuity you choose on the last day, at check out. Food was good, not amazing; rooms are good, not amazing; but staff was excellent; shore excursions (yes, included in your price) were awesome! Totally recommend this. I did a review a couple years ago but TripAdvisor deleted everything, hundreds of positive reviews-- saying that because it's a ship it needs to have reviews on CruiseCritic, which it was trying to make into a successful website; as of today this Iberostar ship does NOT exist on that website, which looks to be more about selling cruises than actual reviews. Anyway, just wanted to add that this was really one of my favorite experiences EVER. Oh-- and our late July/early August 4 day trip had NO mosquitoes; good to know. Finally, after the trip, we flew to Santarem, which has a great little beach on the Amazon about 30-45 min away, called Alter Do Chao. We spent 3 nights there after the Amazon trip, and it paired nicely!

Hotel facilities are good, high floors are not damp, swimming pool is more convenient, breakfast can be fried eggs or Omelet, taste is also quite a lot of choices, fruit is good, front desk service English is also very good. After the drought in the Amazon cut our 9 day camping tour short, we found Mural Living as a last minute accommodation for a shower, wi-fi, and air conditioning. Over the next few days, it became our home as we scrambled to find another tour operator. The hotel is centrally located, clean, and feels like home. We loved the hot showers, the quick service requests, all the kindness shown when communicating with me in my awful Portuguese, and the general low key vibe of the place. We ended up staying 3 nights, each morning coming down and asking to stay another night but keeping the same room. They so kindly obliged. I'm a huge fan of this hotel and whole-heartedly recommend it for others. It'll feel like a home away from home.

As before, the Villa Amazonia was simply great! Staff Lourenço and Hector excelled in the bar and breakfasts and Maven was, as before absolutely perfect in reception! Thanks guys and looking forward to seeing you next time! Our stay was definitely a lot easier and better because of their efforts!

The hotel is bad. Fourth, let's fish. Tiny bathroom. The reception service is deplorable. Everyone, without exception, is very unwilling to solve the problems they themselves create. I arrived to check in and when I arrived in the room there was no bath towel or floor. I asked reception and they simply told me that they couldn't do it because the hotel had closed, detail was 7pm. The most they could do was send an email to the department and give me the towel the next day. The next day I reinforced my request. Even so, the towel didn't come. In addition, sleeping one night with the air in my room ruined in Manaus. All employees did not make an effort to resolve the issues. They are not the least bit helpful. They aren't even capable of smiling and saying good morning. Escape from this hotel

I had a great experience in this hotel. The food was really nice, the personnel was attentive and the beds were clean. The quality of the wifi was so, so. It is not super close to the center but you can just take a taxi to get there.
