I booked this apartment for the night. When I arrived the lady was absolutely drunk out of her head, very rude and unprofessional sat on a table getting drunk with loads of men being very loud having a party outside customers rooms.. when they took us up to the room it was an absolute hell hole. There were cockroaches running around . None of the lights worked in the apartment it was nothing like what was advertised the pool that was advertised was a black disgusting mess. It looked like a sewage pool. On the advert it looked lovely which was one of the reasons we booked but I was absolutely revolting. We refused to stay in this disgusting hell hole. Asked for a refund and they refused. We slept in our van outside the building. Baring all this in Mind Even trip.com refused to give us our money back. What an unprofessional company. Be ware. Do not use!!!!! C

Odaya girdiğimizde içeriyi biraz kontrol ettik. Fırının içi rezalet kirli, buz dolabının içi su doluydu ve kapıyı açtığımız gibi yerler ıslandı. Yatak odası banyo gibi yerlerde perde yoktu içeriyi görmek isteyen kafasımı uzatıp görebiliyor. Banyodaki havalandırmanın alt parçası yoktu içeriyi yine isteyen rahatlıkla görebilir. Perdeler gerçekten yetersizdi yandaki otel doğrudan içeriyi görebilecek açıda. Duvarlar aşırı kirli yerler aşırı pis beyaz çorap ile içeriye girdik aldı simsiyah olarak çıktık. Bulaşıklar aşırı kirliydi. Ocak üstü çalışmıyordu. Olması gereken şampuan terlik saç kurutma makinası vs yoktu. Banyo suyu asla ısınmıyor soğuk su ile duş aldık. Koltukların üstünde pis koku vardı ve aşırı rahatsız edici şekilde kirliydi. Verdiğimiz fiyatı asla hak etmeyen bir otel deneyi miydi.

Брали на ночь. Сначала испугались, нас отправили в комнату, где в ящике что то разлагалось, дурманящий запах охватил весь номер. Благо это оказалась временная комната, перед отправкой в основную. Но и в основной было не всё гладко, точнее практически ничего. В описание номера( что есть в наличие - было указано 90% того, чего в итоге не оказалось. Не ждите: фен, тапочки, моющих принадлежностей, даже чайника не было, хотя если бы и был, толку не было, ибо посуды никакой, стола нет. Двери в туалет скорее всего во всех номерах выломаные( на фото показал щель между дверью и стеной). Ну хотя бы было мыло жидкое на дне флакона. Не рекомендую

房間很破舊，衞生間門都倒下了也不修理，衞生間裏的毛巾架和沐浴液盒都掉下來了，床邊和冰箱邊的牆根，牆角都是灰塵，陽台上都是落葉🍂，前面客人的杯子都還放在房間裏。床破舊不堪，一個長一個短。更可氣的是我們定了三間一室帶廚房的公寓，衹給了我們一間帶小廚房的一室公寓，一間沒有小廚房的房子，一間連衞生間都衹有七八平方的房子。攜程客服和他們聯繫，他們多次掛斷電話，不理不睬，態度很不好。

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the overall service was excellent. What I especially enjoyed were the evening animations – they were entertaining, fun, and created such a lively atmosphere. It really made the holiday experience even more memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for both comfort and great entertainment.

The room would have been ok for the price we paid until we realised at night that the "shower" didn't have the hose and shower head. AND there was no hot water! The hottest it got was just lukewarm. Impossible to "shower" with that at 10 degrees C. I went out to look for the person who checked us in in the afternoon but he was nowhere in sight. Then I messaged him through Agoda but there was no reply even until now. So for the 1st time in the 2 weeks travelling in Turkey we skipped a shower. Minus the shower and hot water, it was way overpriced! I want my $ back!
