The hotel is amazing staff are very friendly never want to leave this place it’s everything you need and more would definitely recommend to family’s and couples really well priced and very good selection of food and it’s all cooked perfectly

customer service, food , rooms, facilities all excellent. Food and hygiene of excellent standard . waiting staff very pleasant and helpful nothing was to much trouble . Check in very smooth . Tip if your getting in late at night . Get something substantial to eat before you fly ,only a sandwich cheese cold meats available as restaurant close . Rooms spacious and very clean . water , juice replenished daily in fridge when all inclusive . pool and bar areas clean . staff excellent . Would be good if you could up grade to premier brands at the bar .Not option at the moment . My husband phone dropped out of his pocket in the taxi on the way home . Taxi company point transfer highly recommend as he took hubbie phone back to the hotel no charge . Şerife Öz customer relations manger, was so helpful and excellent communication , helped us to get my husband phone back to us in the uk . we will definitely visit this hotel again .

Hotel is beautiful. Rooms are beautiful and staff are amazing! I would definitely recommend to come here!! Services are quick and Omar the tour guide was an amazing help! Cheap excursions and shopping. Discount was also given which helped a lot with saving money!

Beautiful hotel, the staff were all so friendly and our rep Omar was always on hand if we needed anything. The rooms were lovely and the beds were perfect. Lovely pool area and everything was so clean and tidy. We will definitely be back. Thank you

Booked with on the beach, fantastic service. From booking the holiday to staying at the hotel. Hotel is beautiful, friendly staff, comfortable beds, wide selection of foods. Definitely recommend staying at the side moon hotel. It was a great holiday from start to finish.

I had a fantastic stay at Moon Palace Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and professional. The room was spacious, very clean, and had a lovely view. Housekeeping did a great job every day, and I always returned to a fresh and tidy room. The facilities were impressive — especially the pool areas and the beautiful beach. The food was delicious with plenty of options for every meal. I really appreciated the relaxing atmosphere and high level of service. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable vacation

⸻ Clean and Comfortable Stay at Side Moon Hotel I was very impressed with the cleanliness at Side Moon Hotel. The rooms were cleaned daily and always looked fresh and tidy. Towels were changed regularly, and the housekeeping staff was very polite and efficient. Our room was cozy, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. I really appreciated the attention to hygiene and detail. A great place to relax and feel at home

⸻ Amazing Experience at Moon Palace! I recently stayed at Moon Palace and had an unforgettable vacation. The resort is absolutely beautiful — from the lush gardens to the stunning beach. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The food at all the restaurants was delicious, with plenty of variety. There were so many activities to choose from, and the evening entertainment was top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. Can’t wait to come back
