We stayed at this hotel in Antalya, which is advertised as a 5-star “All Inclusive” resort, but unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations in many key areas. 1. Alcoholic Beverages: Although the concept is “all inclusive,” none of the quality alcoholic drinks are actually included. The free options were of such poor quality that we didn’t dare drink them — for example, “Istanbul Vodka” was basically diluted with water and tasted terrible. We genuinely feared it could make us sick. 2. Coffee: There is no proper coffee anywhere in the hotel. What’s available is instant-style coffee from outdated machines. Standard drinks like latte, cappuccino, or americano were so bad they were simply undrinkable. Very disappointing for a 5-star property. 3. Room Cleaning: Housekeeping was never on time or regular. We had to call the reception every single day to request cleaning. Floors were not wet-mopped, which should be a basic service. Even worse — we saw cockroaches in the hallways, and we’ll be adding photos as proof. Clearly, cleanliness is far below expectations. 4. Entertainment & Extras: The evening entertainment was weak, except for one night. Most activities and arcade-style games were charged in euros — for example, 5 euros per game — which is not reasonable for guests earning in Turkish lira. This goes completely against the all-inclusive concept. 5. Food & Staff: The food was actually decent, and the kitchen team did a good job. Most staff were polite and smiling. However, the front desk personnel were not very professional and gave dismissive or uninterested answers — not what you’d expect from a 5-star hotel. In summary: this hotel looks good from the outside, but the service quality and guest experience fell short. Due to poor cleanliness, low-quality drinks, terrible coffee, and extra charges everywhere, we wouldn’t return or recommend it to others.
