Отель хороший,номера хорошие,понравилось что свет работает без карты и можно поддерживать холодную температуру в номере всегда. Мини бар бесплатный,Аниматоры очень дружелюбные и классные,еду около бассейна лучше не кушать,она лежит на солнце долгое время,отравилась. Рядом находится река,вечером очень воняет говном,и немного прохладно.в целом понравилось,но дорого и немного скучновато

During my stay at the beautiful Alarcha hotel, I had the pleasure of meeting a truly dedicated and warm-hearted staff member. From the very beginning, he not only welcomed us with kindness but also shared amazing tips that made our holiday absolutely unforgettable. He knew exactly when and where we have to go to capture the most special moments of the area – whether it was a good place for the sunset, delightful little coffee-time snacks, or exciting events we would have not discovered without his help. In the evenings, he regularly surprised us with delicious drinks, always with a smile and a nice comment. And whenever there was something to take care of in the room, he was right there to help – always helpful, professional, and genuinely kind. You can really tell he loves what he does – and that makes all the difference. Thank you for the wonderful care and attention!

Beautiful clean hotel. Great food and the massages offered at the hotel were perfect. Wifi works everywhere and is free. The sandy beach is also around the sun loungers and the entrance to the sea is pebbly, but we still went into the water without shoes.

I never do this, but in this special case i have to make an exception. Berkay, working at the cocktail bar; is an absolutely disguisting human being, extremely rude when ordering drinks. Never experienced something like this before. My whole group experienced the same. I know people are tired of working but at least have a little bit of respect.

We have been staying at this hotel for 3 days now, and unfortunately, we are very disappointed, especially considering the price we paid – €2300. The rooms are extremely small. We are a family with two young children (ages 5 and 2), yet we were given a double room with just a baby crib that has a very poor-quality mattress. The food is also quite disappointing, with very limited options. Every year we come to Antalya for our holidays, and even in cheaper hotels, the food was much better. For example, watermelon – a fruit that’s commonly and generously served in Antalya – is never available here. The hotel claims to be Ultra All-Inclusive, but it definitely doesn’t meet that standard. For example, there is no coffee available in the morning until 10:00 AM. For guests who wake up early, this is frustrating. We also had a small incident where our daughter got a splinter from the wooden boards at the beach. When we asked for assistance from the hotel doctor to remove it, the first thing they asked was whether we had health insurance – which we found absurd for such a minor issue. The hotel itself looks nice and is close to the beach, but overall, the service is very poor and not at all what we expected from a so-called Ultra All-Inclusive experience.

Everything was perfect, from the wonderful staff to facilities, highly recommended for everyone who wants to enjoy Turkey. It was clean, fun, nourishing food, amazing SPA and day/night activities, beach is also perfect… you will enjoy it to the fullest

Left the hotel yesterday after a 7 days stay. I just got mixed feelings about the hotel. I will start with the pros: - spacious rooms with nice and modern furniture - the food was great and fresh. Had plenty to choose from. Breakfast was almost the same every day but lunch and dinner were diverse and we had something different every day - clean pool - the general amenities such as the beach and pool bar - the beach was clean Cons: - terrible cleaning service. În our 7 days stay the first time our room was cleaned was after 3 days. What they considered cleaning was changing the towels, adding toilet paper and emptying the trashcan and that’s it. No wacuum, no mopping the floor, no cleaning the bathroom or balcony - THE SMELL of sewage was absolutelly devastating in our room. It was discusting and we couldn’t stay in our room one minute without the window open. As we were travelling with a baby that had a sleeping schedule to leave the window open was not an option because of the music and noise coming from the busy road. Because of these two cons i would not recomend the hotel despite having the great facilities -for such a high hotel there are only 3 elevators. S-o you had to wait a lot for one

The staff is amazing, the hotel has a very good position and everything is very clean. This is a very good hotel , the hospitality is great and would definitely recommend it to everyone. The experience is amazing and everything is going well, will come back again for sure.
