The room was clean but the only complaint was the window was locked and we couldn’t open it ourselves when we wanted you had to go down to reception and get them to come and open it with their key for the window

The room is tidy, the breakfast is delicious, and the price-performance ratio is high. The only drawback is that there is no staff to automatically clean the room and change towels every day. You need to specifically request this service from the front desk.

Our stay has been pleasant, the room is very spacious and cozy. However, we stayed 2 nights and the cleaning service did not come at any time, despite putting the "you can enter" sign on the door handle. In addition, in the toilet there was a dirty towel (with a lot of makeup) from a previous tenant. Besides, after checking out we left our bags in the luggage room and when we went back for them they did not look at the numbering of the tickets, but rather they made us enter the room to "take your bags" without checking if we really had ours. .. obviously yes, but this does not give any security, because anyone can steal them. Otherwise everything quite good.

Hotel is quite worn and tired - particularly public areas. Didn't have breakfast as lady in restaurant said there was basically nothing left to eat and so best not to bother. Centre of Manchester so is located in very busy/noisy area - I asked for room on back of hotel. Room was okay. Quite warm even with a/c on.

great hotel, staff were lovely, especially brandon who was running the restaurant single handed ! room was big, comfy bed, hot, but great fan just a few weird experiences with the lifts and knocking on door when no one was there. weird feeling in the corridors ( room ok) possibly haunting!

Only £36 for a Monday night! Spot on location for all the city attractions and an easy 5 minute walk to Oxford Road railway station. Staff all friendly and a big shout out to Paulo at breakfast - kept the flow going at a busy time with a light hearted approach too. The evening meals appeared very quickly after ordering, with the young man who earlier had been checking guests in, was doubling up as the sole barman and waiter. My rear facing room was very quiet and able to be kept at a reasonable temperature with the use of the portable fan.
