Family/friends weekend away.
Hotel was very clean,
Staff are very friendly and assisted when needed.
Location is in a quiet area which was good away from noise.
It was located near the venue needed to be and shops very close by.
Disappointing issue No kettle in room,
Beds smaller then normal twin beds.
Didn't try breakfast.
Will give it 9 out 10 for 3 star hotel.

Great location, and lovely room. Good space too which is not what I was expecting (based on my experience of similar stays elsewhere). Staff also super lonely. Would recommend and stay again.

Nice hotel with reasonable price, also the room is large and clean. But there is no slipper or other items like toothbrush so you have to bring yourself. The location is near Queen Road Tram station but not close to city central. It’s convenient if you drive yourself, but a little hard if you take the public transport.
The air conditioner is a little noisy when it’s on.

One of the best hotel I have ever stayed lovely environment friendly staff nice and quiet,,nice and comfy bed with beautiful window view
Reception area is great free tea coffee food till mid night awesome,,highly recommended for the hotel

Lovely room, very clean and bed was nice and comfortable. The shower was nice and big, which is good for a plus sized person like myself. The staff were really lovely and there was even mince pies and mulled wine. Its a perfect location right near a tram stop as well which is only a couple of stops away from being right in the centre. I'd definitely stay again.

A nice, clean and well located hotel, good service, but not prepared for a family. They didn’t provide an extra bed knowing there was a child. I believe that the bathrooms have a standard of accessibility for everyone, but they should be for the specific rooms for this purpose; they are bathrooms that make us feel in the hospital. The rooms do not have a kettle or minibar, which I found something out of the ordinary, but that’s it, hotel concept. It was an acceptable experience, but I wouldn’t come back.
