Cheap and cheerful! The Scottish female receptionist was very welcoming, informative and friendly. The room was on the 'ground' floor as I have dodgy knees - this was helpful. The room was small and quite basic. The shower room was small, but the shower was big and it was a great shower. Clean bedding and towels. We were right on the street - so, I guess it could be loud, but we were in the City for rock gig - so weren't too bothered and crashed out on our return! Very close to Piccadilly station and great for the O2ritz as wel (both within near walking distance). Really close to Chinatown too. Would definitely stay again.

Friendly checkin with Kirsten, very clean and modern room, spacious too. Tea and coffee which was welcome the next morning, all in all a pleasant surprise for the price I paid. I suppose could be noisy on Weekends but then being on Canal St to be expected but my stay was quiet.

Really nice hotel, lovely location, beds are comfy! Rooms big enough, walk in shower with waterfall head, to be in the middle of a busy street, it's not noisy at night, TV didn't really work which let it down but you have WiFi on your phone so we just watched a film on there.

Came on NYE 2024 room was very clean receptionist was very nice and welcoming great location dont have any bad things to says was a great stay would highly recommend bath room was nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable i wish i could stay longer :)

This place is amazing it’s right in the heart of Manchesters canal st and is surrounded by all the necessities and only a stone throw from Piccadilly train station, all the staff are so friendly and welcoming and the hotel and rooms are clean and comfortable especially with the memory foam mattresses, I highly recommended this place if you are looking for a place to stay 💯

A mate booked this hotel as a last minute option as our other accommodation became unavailable. Alarm bells were ringing when we entered the hotel “lobby” and the receptionist was behind reinforced glass. When we entered our room, it became clear that this was not what I was looking for. I never even checked in for fear of catching a tropical disease. I promptly booked a room at the reach near picadilly station which was decent .

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. La camera e piccola ma confortevole. La struttura si trova nel pieno centro di Manchester. La ragazza alla reception è molto cordiale. Una pecca, la mancanza di sapone nel bagno e di pulizia quotidiana nella stanza.
