"Great hotel. Well located and close to the main areas of Manchester such as northern quarter, Picadilly, canal street, Deans street etc. the train street is 7 mins walk and the road there is good to wheel suitcases"

"Convenient location in a funky hotel. Bit unusual to sleep in a room without windows as we didn’t know what the weather was doing (although we could guess! Storm Amy was passing). Positives of having no windows was that it was dark (so no idea what time it was and woke up when our bodies decided was the right time) and no noise from outside. The room was comfortable and had all we needed. Complimentary tea and coffee and ironing board etc by the lifts for everyone was unusual but we did use it and it worked fine."

"When confirming the order, there was only “payment made in the hotel” The charge when doing check in was higher than the amount shown in the app. It took time to do check in and feeling was not very good. Buffet Breakfast was good. You can order some choices when it was not available in the hot plates. Yummy👍"

"A great apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bed was really comfortable. Only issue we had was with the patio doors onto the balcony were not easy to use but we worked it out in the end. Would 100% stay again."

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Ibis budget, Pollard Street. Right from checking in, the staff were very polite, helpful and warm. The ladies at the desk were very welcoming. The room clean and comfortable. Breakfast was top notch. It was easy to get into the city as the bus stop is just a de seconds from the hotel. The metro link stop is only a couple of minutes walk from the hotel, Thank you, I will definitely recommend to others and I will visit again."

"The location is at the heart of the city centre with many restaurants out of the doors, but noise was included, especially at night time. Free bus is available just 2 minutes away from the property. The facilities were a bit old. Netflix was provided that was wonderful"

While some Moxy locations may provide fridges upon request, this is not guaranteed and depends on availability . Lobby Space: The lobby area is quite small and can become crowded, especially during peak hours. This limited space makes it challenging to relax or work comfortably in the common areas. Overall, while the hotel's location is convenient, the lack of basic amenities and limited breakfast options detracted from the overall experience. I would recommend considering other accommodations in Dublin that offer better value and comfort."

"There was an issue with this booking, and the same was made by mistake on the evening of the 12th of August and was made for the 12th of August instead of the 13th. The hotel was not full, and when I contacted Trip.com and the hotel reception, I was made to make a new booking and no refund was offered for the room. The people and businesses in the United Kingdom have been known to be very empathetic and humane, unlike the US and do understand other human beings. This was not the case here, and I was shown the refund policy by the hotel and the website that is trip.com. Even from trip I did expect more as I booked for the 13th too from their website. Thus, not a great experience. Very disappointed with Trip.com not even refund the taxes. The gym at the hotel is very small. Near the water is good."
