I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Brooklyn in Manchester and I'm thrilled to share my experience. This hotel not only met but exceeded my expectations, making my visit truly memorable. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, we were greeted by warm and professional staff. The service here is top-notch. Every member of the staff was attentive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They exemplify the essence of great hospitality. A small yet impactful moment came when we realised we had forgotten our toothpaste. Without hesitation, we called room service, and to our pleasant surprise, before we even got back to our room, the toothpaste was there waiting for us. It's these small details and quick responses that set Hotel Brooklyn apart. The breakfast at Hotel Brooklyn deserves a special mention. It was nothing short of fantastic. The variety and quality of food offered were impressive. From fresh pastries and cereals to a range of hot food, every item was delicious and well-prepared. It's a perfect start to the day, catering to all tastes and dietary needs. Our room was a blend of comfort and style. It was well-appointed, clean, and spacious with a cozy and inviting ambiance. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day exploring Manchester. Hotel Brooklyn in Manchester is a gem. The combination of exceptional service, excellent food, and comfortable accommodations makes it a top choice. I left feeling completely satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Manchester. It's a place where every detail is taken care of, leaving guests with a sense of luxury and relaxation. In conclusion, my stay at Hotel Brooklyn was nothing short of perfect. Pros:Clean, stylish interior, excellent customer service, smellis good in all areas, shops nearby, big rooms for UK standard. Con: Not much options for buffet breakfast. Highly recommend !

Attending event in international suite last night so the hotel was ideally to staying aslso this was the three time we have stayed here 🇾🇪⚽️🍺

The location of the hotel was good. However, there were a few problems, the bathroom was very large but the sink was very small and the water splashed out easily when gargling, so I don't quite understand why it wasn't made larger. The shampoo and shower gel couldn't be squeezed out and contacting reception a few times didn't solve the problem. There is also a party downstairs, the sound insulation is not good, you can hear the party sound and can not open the window, resulting in the room always feel very stuffy.

The hotel is only a short walk from Piccadilly station giving in great access to the trains. Its recent renovation really gives the hotel a clean trendy feel. Our room was spacious and equipped with everything you would need. The king bed and the pull out were comfortable. The bathroom is surprisingly large with lots of room if you need it. Breakfast was simple, but top quality from the hot to the cold options. Great stay.

Really happy with decision to stay with Wilde. Mostly impressed with the room, which, was spacious & represented great value for money. Snacks/drinks...etc priced quite high, but, understandably so. That said, given the amenities offered in the room, self-catering is the primary option, with purchasing hotel snacks/drinks, viewed as a distant secondary option. Would happily stay with Wilde again

Pleasant staff, Nice room with good features, great shower and bathroom- room got a bit warm with the unseasonable weather and a bit too noisy outside to have the window open. (The supplied fan was helpful but large considering the room size so was noisy) goody bag for dog and they can provide dog beds and bowls. Attached coffee shop was decent. Handy location near to Manchester Piccadilly station. Walking distance to brewery taprooms for Track, Cloudwater and sureshot as well as to city centre and a stones throw from the village and the vimto monument(a must see:))

Front Entry to hotel was up a steep flight of stairs, no one was there to help carry luggage and my suitcase was heavy. Not a happy customer to start! Very tiny reception area at top of stairs.pleasant staff but only one room was ready at check in time. We managed to survive until 5pm by checking out the variety of restaurants in the area. This is a good central location. Breakfast was good, self service buffet & hot food, service varied. Very pleasant staff. Bedroom was oddly shaped, shower looked good but was difficult to work. Adequate wardrobe space ; I just wish modern hotels provided more drawers. Not the best Indigo hotel I’ve stayed in but generally a reliable chain of hotels.

Excellent location with friendly staff and welcome drinks. The atmosphere is superb for young travellers with DJ and music at the lobby. I wasn’t sure where the check in area was as it was actually at the bar area. 😅 overall good to stay here for a short visit in Manchester.

My room was meant to be with king size bed but we got 2 single beds joined together, the single beds had wheels on them so they kept rolling away from each other. It would also move around when you’d try to get into bed. Beds were super high as well, and when they are on wheels it’s a bit tricky to get into one of them especially if you’re short and overweight. Tv was not working, super old so had no smart hub, so no Netflix or any other platforms, you can’t even stream your screen view from your phone. Antenna had no reception so you couldn’t even watch any regular tv programs. Other than that, shower was great and clean, everything else in the room was also clean and the room was pretty spacious which I really liked. Location is great, you have an access to a gym.
