My husband and I stayed at this hotel for approximately three weeks. From the very first night of our stay we felt so welcomed. Not only is the hotel well managed, the hotel is nearly spotless from the lobby to the common walking areas to the rooms. We were so pleasantly surprised to see that the rooms are so immaculately clean. When we walked into the room it had a clean and fresh smell. They also have a wonderful staff who are attentive to every need that arises, including the housekeeping staff. There is a such a spirit of excellence at this hotel like none other we’ve stayed at. The General Manager, Siama and the Assistant General Manager, Sarim manage this hotel with absolute excellence. They go above and beyond to provide a superior level of customer service to their guests. They are not somewhere sitting inside an office behind the scenes. They are front and center at the front desk taking care of their guests, always available and hands on in the trenches with the rest of the staff. In all of our travels throughout the U.S. we have never seen such professionalism, dedication and commitment to excellence as we saw displayed at this hotel by these two senior managers and the staff they employ. This hotel and management staff are the crème de la crème in the U.S. If you’re looking for a place to call home, even if for just one night, this is the one. Siama and Sarim, we want to thank you personally. And we want you to know that even though there’s been a long delay with posting this positive review we have never forgotten all you did to make us feel welcomed and at home and all that you sacrifice to provide this superior level of service to all of your guests every day. Your hotel far exceeded our expectations and is our number one choice hotel. We look forward to returning to your hotel at our earliest opportunity.

The front desk service is very good, breakfast is very simple

The lady at the front desk (I think its the owners wife) is the rudest person I have ever met. From the minute a guest walks in the door she starts yelling at you and getting smart. I have dealt with her a few times and have just tried to ignore her but yesterday took the cake and I finally told her about herself. She asked if I was the only one gonna be staying there and I told her yes than she started screaming at me that if I have any guest come at all that they will put me out and told me that she watches the cameras and has seen me have a guest before and I didn't get permission...she was talking about my daughter that had literally came by the room for like 10 min to pick up some money. I have never heard of any hotel where noone could come by and see you lol. They act as if it is a half way house or something. They should take all that energy into cleaning their dirty hotel that now has roaches crawling down the walls and across the floor. All of those people that live there and have stuff piled high in them rooms and on the balconeys is what they should worry and all the drugs and ************ running through there. I have seen guests come downstairs after hanging up with this lady and her screaming on them and they come down asking this lady why she keeps getting smart. They should be closed down. Someone gonna end up hurting this lady.
