The positive point is the location, but otherwise, run away! We arrived and the room had no key. We were promised a new key that day, but we spent 2 days there sleeping with the door unlocked. They only gave us one towel and didn't give us another, even though there were 2 of us. The room had no television, the toilet flush broke and everything took too long to be resolved (or it didn't). The manager/handyman at the place was always in a bad mood, responding badly and without any sympathy, it seemed like she was doing us a favor. I do not recommend it. Look for other places, the city has several inns and hotels.

I would not recommend this place, they don't even have soda for children... dirty pool, if you don't ask them to clean it they don't do it, breakfast... I'd rather buy my own bread and coffee and it's better... Cabins... even when you bathe the drain backs up... housekeeping, arrives late, if it rains and you go with family it's chaos, it has leaks that turn into a beach in the room. They told me it was very good but the access is not good either... there are many hotels around and they don't even put a good track... it stinks of sewage... for the rest... you can stay if you lack money and information... after that you become disenchanted.

The place is not as good as the advertisement makes it out to be. Firstly, the bathroom was very uncomfortable because it was separated into three spaces; secondly, they had a problem with the drain and the whole smell was in the room; thirdly, the breakfast was very bad (a couple of breads, butter and jam) and, lastly, we did not like the treatment of the hostess very much.

Tiene buen terreno pero falta mayor mantenimiento, no llegaba el wifi a la habitación, no tiene accesorios de baño, nos dieron un espiral para los mosquitos de mala calidad que tuvimos que comprar nuestro propio espiral y repelente, el desayuno es malo ya que el jugo de papaya con maracuyá que dieron durante los 2 días estaba aguado, café limitado y pan con mantequilla, las reposeras cerca a la piscina estaban llenas de tierra, pero al menos sus cocteles son buenos.
