The stay was amazing and beautiful I really enjoyed the stay in ginger manglore and the food was very tasty mainly buffet for so cheap rate so many dishes was there and the staff was very helpful mainly Mr Abhishek from front office he helped me a lot and I would suggest this hotel to my friends and family

We were checked into this Hotel by a friend for 5 nights as it was her wedding. The room was small, no complaints here as we were a part of a large wedding group and hosted by the friend. The Location of the Hotel is good. They have couple of restaurants serving veg as well as Non.Veg cuisine. The food was good. The Gym in the next building was old and musty with broken down equipments. The service was good.

Shalini and her team were professional, prompt, and extremely helpful in answering all my queries and ensuring that every detail was planned to perfection. Their proactive approach and assistance made me feel confident and well-prepared even before my arrival. During my stay, the staff continued to impress me with their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and exceeded my expectations. The event hosted at the hotel was equally outstanding. Shalini and her team ensured everything ran seamlessly, from the setup to the catering. Deepa comforts is near to the Railway station and near to TMA Pai Convention centre . The rooms are well maintained and clean . Had problem with the water kettle . On request the technician was not ready to change the kettle , they told to push the loose connection wire and it worked too in his presence . Didnt try the next time . Breakfast was average . Check in and check out was fast

We had an excellent stay for a week at this hotel. The entire team including the manager Mr.Cletus, Vijay, Akshata, Sudeksha, Rajesh & the housekeeping staff were polite, kind , helpful, and prompt in their services throughout the day. The hotel was well maintained and clean. The breakfast was good, with different items served daily. The hotel is centrally located with good restaurants and supermarkets close by. Zomato & Swiggy also deliver to the hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we would stay here again as well during our next visit.

Spacious room with quality finishing. Kholer bath fittings. Excellent housekeeping. Reception staffs were very helpful. Prompt response from staff. Superb corridors. Complimentary breakfast was good. Almost 10 live items were available in addition to normal buffet items. Only negative thing noticed is the less visibility of the reception area from outside road.

This is a hotel with excellent views of the garden and above a mall and a station... However its dated.. Its not been worked on for decades... The decor is old and very dated. 3332 room we were in, the bathroom was like a propelled plane... Ancient... No blue tooth music. No nespresso coffee... Very 2 to 3 star kind and old... Got the high marks because of view and location. Not recommended... Bhagwan
