One of the best, cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in. The rooms are fresh and clean. The washrooms are just amazingly maintained and very clean. The hotel staff from the receiption, room service to the restaurant staff are very courteous. The view from the hotel is very beautiful. It is located at the centre of the city and is accessible to the airport, railway station and the bus stop very easily. The hotel is very economically priced and the food is surprisingly also very economically priced for such a big four star hotel. I would love to stay here everytime I come to Mangalore.

Good experience. Nice room with a nice view. Highly recommended Food wasn't included for our stay but we tried out the food and it was good. Stay here was convenient aswell it's close to most of the spots, we planned to visit. So do visit with your family, it's even good and safe for women traveling alone.

The hotel charged an extra fee for just 1 hour of freshening up, and the staff was not cooperative. Additionally, they charged extra for taking a single water bottle. Moreover, the breakfast team was not present in the kitchen, and the omelet order took 15 minutes daily for four days. The staff was unresponsive.

It's really a very nice property with interactive staff, i m also feeling comfortable while staying here. The food is also good ***** with ambience. I am almost staying since 1 year and happy with this Hotel. The service is also fantastic with Hospitality.

Check-in was done within seconds , and all the staff need to be appreciated for their courteous service . The minus points are 1. Sixth floor corridor on which my room was allotted Was having a terrible bad smell .2. In room, dining staff need to be more polite while taking orders.

Breakfast buffet and the spic & span rooms with a well stocked minibar stood out, not to mention the friendly and well-meaning staff. It was a short and sweet stay, so we couldn’t experience their cuisine. Overall a great place in the heart of Mangalore city.

A wedding party booked a few rooms. The pros, which are many is as follows Great reception staff. All smiles and very efficient. Common areas and room very very clean Breakfast is the highlight. Excellent manglorean breakfast made brilliantly. Goli bhajee, buns, dosas, rawa, all types great stuff. Loved it. Very clean breakfast area. Cons The management seriously needs to tackle mould spreading on wall paper in bedroom walls. All rooms had black mould. It will destroy the hotel. The glass windows have not been cleaned for atleast 10 years inside and outside. Views are affected. Parapets outside the windows on every floor are full of rubbish and look very neglected. Sort it Mr. Shetty.
