"The hotel is near the Mangalore central railway station, and this was an ideal position for us as a one night stop over before boarding the next train. In the room there was complimentary tea/coffee making facility, towels and toiletries. We had to request toilet paper, this wasn't an issue as it was then brought to our room. Breakfast was good with a variety of English and Indian choices and good coffee. The were only a few negatives. The smell in the room. Housekeeping came and sprayed with air freshener but the smell was back later. The noisy air conditioner fan. There was no view from the windows, it being frosted glass with a blind covering making the room feel a little claustrophobic. The ongoing construction work outside the window and huge booms of noise during the night (obviously this isn't the hotel's fault)"

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It is centrally located and just about 30 minutes from the airport.The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and warm hospitality. The check-in process was smooth and efficient.A special mention goes to Helina at the reception, who was always there to assist with a warm smile and made every interaction pleasant and welcoming. The food was excellent, especially the authentic Mangalorean cuisine. Memories of China is a must-try restaurant. A special thanks to Chef Biswajeet, who was always available to assist with great recommendations and ensured we had a wonderful dining experience. The staff throughout the hotel were courteous, attentive, and always willing to help. Overall, it was a pleasant stay."

"Lovely Functional Hotel with all basic necessities. Room is clean and neat. Front desk and other staffs are well behaved and helpful. Toiletries are well maintained in the room. Other highlight of the property is that they are located right next to Mangalore Central Railway Station and is in walkable distance. Family will be safer. Lot of restaurants around this hotel. Try out Ajji ILL restaurant which is just a KM away from this property. You get amazing Fish Thali and Veg Biriyani is very good. One thing which I feel could have been better is the breakfast spread and quality. Hope this will be addressed by their manager Vijay Kumar."

"A nice hotel, good breakfast, spacious rooms. However, on the 6th floor, you can hear the extremely loud music from the venue on the 7th floor, making it impossible to sleep. The really friendly staff aren't helpful in this case. It's best to avoid the 6th floor."

"During our Karnataka tour, we stayed in this hotel . It is a very nice hotel, very clean and comfortable. Rooms are spacious. Only the mattress in our room was too soft and a bit uncomfortable. Rest is best. The staff in the reception are exceptionally good , particularly one ms Sreekanya was very cooperative. The location is slightly not so good. There is no in-house restaurant inside the hotel building , but many are available around the hotel. Breakfast was good, only draw back is it was served late. I definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay while in Mangalore."
