Renovated spacious 3-bedroom lockwood home with large deck and stunning views over the Brenderwyn countryside. Enjoy a short walk to the estuary, walk scooter or bike to the MAZ playground including skatepark, tennis and basketball courts. A short drive to Mangawhai Heads shops, cafes and restaurants and famous Mangawhai Heads beach, and plenty of country and seaside walks around the area. The home consists of three bedrooms - Two large bedrooms (one with a queen bed, one with two sets of bunks) and the third bedroom has one double bed. Modern bathroom with shower and bath, separate toilet and separate laundry. You are welcome to use the Chromecast to log in to your own streaming accounts and use of unlimited WiFi. We have relocated our family home to the stunning Mangawhai Heads. Most of the hard work has been done to turn this into a lovely holiday home for you to enjoy - you will find a beautiful home with all the creature comforts to enjoy your holiday away. The house is super family friendly, but please note the property is unfenced, and while the section is cleared and grassed it is unlandscaped.
