酒店服務超級熱情 衞生乾淨整潔 東西全面 （一次性馬桶墊 加濕器 氧氣等）都有客房清潔人員也很認真 前台妹妹也好説話很親切 房間價格實惠性價比高！！

環境比我想的好太多了，本來以為高原上的酒店環境會差一些，結果物超所值hhh。店員的服務態度也很好，到的時候前台非常細心熱情，我朋友也很滿意。

自駕318，晚上到的芒康，之前從沒來過，所以選擇了連鎖品牌，結果這個酒店讓我非常驚喜，前台免貴給升級了房間。房間很大，設施維護的很好，睡眠質量很高。早餐也比較豐盛，總之，這是一次非常不錯的旅行體驗。

標了全屋地暖誤導人去住，地暖一點不熱，完全沒有的感覺，冷的要死，打電話問前台説是地暖一直都開着的，可能效果不好？送個暖風機來也沒有什麼用，睡到半夜還全身癢。不知道有多臟。太垃圾了。進藏無數次。第一次住到這麼差的酒店。

房間很熱，開窗也不行，非常悶以至於晚上高反了，作為一個海拔3900的連鎖酒店，體温計葡萄糖任何緩解高反的物品都沒有，由於頭痛欲裂且發燒，無奈凌晨1點多退房，來到前台沒有人職守，大堂某個角落有位男生的聲音讓房卡放前台，對於酒店不作為的態度，我老公質疑一個高海拔連鎖酒店怎麼會任何解決辦法都沒有，男生説你要什麼解決辦法，高反去醫院，無話可説，直接走了
