This Luxury accommodation BRIDGE HOUSE was built in 1906 and this is the first time it has been open to the public as accommodation. This stylish house is gated and very private located on the water with your own private jetty to catch fish off of. It is perfect for group trips., family holidays, yoga and health retreats alike. The beautiful park like grounds surrounding the house and pool make it ideal for Weddings and no need to travel when the photos could be taken onsite. We are a short 3min drive to Mangonui.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats (limit 2 total).We host onsite and have a big friendly playful dog.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 3-17.ALL CHILDREN TO BE DIRECTLY SUPERVISED AROUND POOL.About customRules:Onsite hosts who also have a big friendly dog and a cat WE LOVE animals and know they are part of the family. ONLY FRIENDLY SOCIAL PETS ARE WELCOME.We love children but this property has some hazards for young ones. Direct supervision of all children REQUIRED @ the Jetty and around the Pool ALWAYS,This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE. No more than 12 paying guests are allowed to stay onsite overnight. Booking price is for 6 guests only.
