The hotel is still very new and clean. The service was fantastic than I expected and they even helped to arrange free airport service despite odd hours request. Great stay for foreign travellers.

非常好，酒店很新，性價比非常高，前台小姐姐很熱情，進出都要熱情打招呼，還推薦了本地人的傣家菜，但是我們有點吃不慣，嘗試了一點點的涮涮辣，臉都辣疼了😂😂😂，房間很大，有智能管家，小朋友玩得不亦樂乎哦☺️☺️早餐還行，不過吐司有一片發黴了，要注意，煮米粉的大姐態度有待提升，芒市值得來，大金塔大銀塔拍照都很出片，總體來説，還是可以的，值得推薦的

第一次來芒市，假期民宿價格特別高，盲選了鉑璽，感覺在小城價格還比較合理。訂房後酒店很快就聯繫，預約接機時間，一下飛機就有酒店的車來接了，特別方便快捷。到店後服務也熱情周到，大廳有咖啡熱茶小點心，早餐也很好，還有雲南特色米線餌絲。之前還麻煩酒店協調多定了一天，但天氣不太好臨時決定離開，衹住了一晚，也充分感受到了酒店的熱情服務。芒市風情和美食真是贊贊贊！

離機場5公里，到各個景點也很方便，接機服務特別禮貌，過去住了幾天，每次前台小姐姐都禮貌都打招呼，連門衞叔叔也很熱心，真的有被重視的家的歸屬感，值得推薦，也希望更多的玩家到芒市體驗美食！期待下次相逢！

飛機晚上22點多到達 芒市機場 酒店居然提供免費車接機 太好了！
特別是前台 田吉萍姐姐服務特別到位 給安排好了一切 在此感謝
房間很乾凈 設施齊全 價格實惠 位置離開客運站不遠很方便第二天去瑞麗旅行

芒市機場接或送二選一服務:接機師傅開車很穩很健談。
他們家的早餐就餐環境很好，而且種類還比較豐富，兒子吃了兩碗餌絲
服務：入住時前台貼心給了一雙孩子穿的拖鞋。還有貼心發了芒市全面吃喝玩樂攻略，💯夠用完美
