It was a nice hotel, very clean and friendly staff! The breakfast was very standard not so many options and finishes too early in the morning which is my only complaint. Other than that I had a great stay

酒店的服務讓人感動。晚上小孩不小心打翻了牛奶，打電話到前台説明情況後，不到十分鐘，工作人員就帶着清潔工具過來快速清理乾淨了，態度始終温和有禮。出門時，門口的工作人員都會熱情地打招呼，讓人感覺像回到了家一樣。酒店的餐廳環境也很好，早餐種類豐富多樣，有中式的粥、包子、油條，也有西式的麪包、牛奶、沙拉，還有當地的特色美食，味道都非常不錯。工作人員會及時補充食物，保持餐枱的整潔，還會主動詢問客人的需求，服務十分周到。此外，酒店的地理位置也很優越，交通便利，離各個景點都比較近，周邊有很多美食餐廳和購物中心。停車場很大，停車非常方便，而且還是免費的。在這裏入住，讓整個旅途都變得非常愉快和舒適。

辦理入住時全程不超過 3 分鐘就拿到房卡，設施新到像剛開業：空調調至 21 度後30 秒就出冷風，熱水擰開即熱，水温穩定得像在家裡；吹風機是某大牌同款，風力足到長髮 5 分鐘就能吹乾；連浴室防滑墊都做了凸起紋路，踩上去安全感滿滿。晚上想辦公，發現書桌枱燈是可調節亮度的護眼款，插座面板還帶 USB 快充口，手機平板同時充毫無壓力。服務的温度體現在全天候的響應裏：房間裏贈送的四瓶礦泉水喝完了，凌晨 1 點想喝水，打電話到前台，5 分鐘後就有工作人員輕叩房門，又送來了四瓶，下次來這座城市，行李箱都不用打開，直接沖這兒就對了！
