熱水很奇葩，要麼燙死，要麼冷死。窗子是挨着走廊，晚上不能開窗通風，關着窗睡覺很熱，又沒用空調和風扇。

我在攜程提前二天訂好的四間房，因車出故障，昨晚10點到了，發現跟自己訂的房不一樣，兩間與訂房一致，另兩間變成了一個單間一個雙間，條件及住房面積與攜程所訂房差了非常多，雖然店家退補了300元錢，但感覺被欺騙了！問一下攜程，這是不是你違約還是店家違約？這樣的話，我以後要去去哪裡兒網訂房了！希望攜程能給個説法。

欺騙消費者，下單的時候寫的很清楚有早餐，住進去後沒有早餐。
設施：放了個破舊熱水壺不能燒，床比較硬，水龍頭漏水，洗臉池沒有熱水，沒有紙巾，沒有毛巾

重慶摩旅過來的，老闆是老鄉，很客氣。我走的時候東西落下了，還麻煩老闆幫我寄回來了。房間也乾淨整潔，衞生間也乾淨，洗澡方便。周圍吃的也多。
