The room facilities are complete and the quality of the service staff is high. It is very different from some express business hotels. 全五星好評！到店房間還沒打掃好，等了一陣，但前台主動贈送了早餐，早餐有青海酸奶特別好吃。。套房房間寬敞舒適，唯一就是熱水來得很慢，需要提前放水，但瑕不掩瑜。離店時還送了我們西瓜，超級好吃，又脆又甜。來茫崖強烈推薦住他家！

非常不錯的酒店，房間很大，衞生間乾濕分離，洗澡水也很舒服，前台服務也很到位。停車場很大，停車方便。我們記錯了早餐時間，去吃早餐時其實已經超過半小時，但是餐廳服務員還是很周到地幫我們拿雞蛋，讓我們儘可能地吃好早餐。

這是所見過最奇葩的、酒店從業水平低下、混亂不堪的酒店。下午預訂的房間，晚上10點40左右入住，前台給8330房卡，打開一看房間內一片狼藉根本沒有打理。打前台電話打不通，衹好再下去，重新換房間8337。再打開8337，首先映入眼簾的是房間圓桌上擺着的兩個枕套，仔細看應該是未使用過的，床上放着的枕頭搞不清楚是更換過還是未更換，呈污穢黃跡，床單也是爛的。差評，不推薦入住。

環境：安靜，小城人口不多
設施：無空調，氣候原因也不需要。停車場地面地下都有，早餐廳和停車場是和美豪酒店共用的。還不錯。比較舊，有維護。洗手間略小了點，尚可。
客房服務員懶散狀態，但是不影響服務。
前台服務不錯。
大廈改建酒店的。

酒店位置在茫崖還是不錯的，自駕停車也非常方便，有地下停車場。出門吃飯買水果超市買東西都非常方便。住的房型也不錯。唯一就是前台熱情度欠佳，問早餐問題一句話：訂單裏有早餐就有，沒有早餐就沒有，本想問買早餐多少錢，就在酒店吃早餐，但看她壓根不想多説幾句，就打消了問話。

房間總體來説不錯 基本上都能達到預期 周邊餐飲市場都有算是很方便了 對我來説床軟了一點 不過我是喜歡睡硬床 也不能因為這點打低分 畢竟有些人喜歡軟床

开了一天车，好不容易到了酒店（贵宾楼在前排連棟商品房的后面，问街辺的人，也沒有人知道，很不好找），心想趕快洗个热水澡消除一天的奔波。天晓得才洗个头，浴室的水就因為排不出去而流到外面造成整個溶廁间都是水，只好趕快把头擦乾，通知前台叫人來処理，真是惱火，太失望，
酒店的態度冷漠，好像事故發生很正常，事不關己，连句抱歉的话都不存在、說不出。什么年代了，还𠕇这样的老大心態及行為。
