The vicinity of the hotel is very accessible. The room was very cozy and they will provide stay kits. Also the staff are very nice and the price of the hotel is very reasonable. Worth the money.

Our stay at Fersal Hotel Manila has been good so far. All the staff are friendly and attentive. Although the building is a bit old, it’s not a scary hotel — the ambiance is nice and the amenities are complete. The air-conditioning is good and the security is also good, especially in the parking area. Overall, our stay there has been okay.

The hotel is affordable in price but not in their service😇 we chose to stay here since we’re also beating deadlines with our work, very conducive to focus on our paperworks from our own jobs😘

My family booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for my brother'sgraduation. Fersal Hotel is by the intersection near UST so be ready to hear firetrucks, ambulance, and cars honking. Convenient to walk outside even at night. They will not automatically clean up your room so make sure to put the "Make Up My Room" signage on the door handle. We forgot to do so but the staff accomodated our request to fix our room when we arrived. Additional bed cost 700pesos. They have parking space for 5 cars and it is first come first serve basis. The room has a light smell probably coz it is a bit old. My mom remarked that the hotel probably needs to change their curtains so it will look a bit new. Both the air-conditioning and fridge looks old but it kept us frozen to the point that we have to turn it off. They also have dormitories for 2 pax for 10k-15k per month. The housekeeping lady (Ms. Tere I think) was nice and very accommodating.They has toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo with conditioner, cotton buds, towels, hangerss, electric kettle, coffee, tea, and pitcher (you will need to get water by the dispenser near the elevator). Good stay so far. We'll probably book this again.

Great location if you are in Manila, some of the amenities are not new anymore.. staffs are nice and accommodating. Housekeeping also. Guards are nice too. Safe place 24/7.

a bit of a walk from sm san lazaro but you can always ride the tricycle. place is a bit dark but well maintained. our room is on the main road side but can barely hear the traffic so kudos to that. overall staff are pleasant and friendly.

They did not have a regular room check, no refill of water and other consumables. If you are looking for a place that is walking distance to UST, then this is good one.
