The room was wide enough for two person, it's also located at a nice place with a nice view. The only thing is that they don't have tissues for their CR. Hot water in the shower doesn't work and the room is not that clean when we arrived. But for the price per night it's a fair deal.

I had to check out unwillingly. I wanted to extend my stay but the receptionist just said sorry but my room is already booked for the next guest. "BECAUSE I only booked for one day". No ifs, no buts I need to leave. I checked out in the middle of the night and had to find another hotel. Before my check out time, I tried to call the number on my online booking but their number isn't working. I even tried one more time to talk some sense with the receptionist, to let me stay until morning just so I can rest and then find another hotel. Then I met a couple who were also trying to extend their stay. Of course it's not possible.

We booked a room for 4 people the space was enough good wifi connection the staff and security were super nice it was a good experience overall .

Great hotel in a convenient location. There are many cafes and shops nearby, a metro station and a bus stop. The room is clean, the water is always hot. There is a balcony with a great view of the city!

Whenever I'm in Manila, I always choose GSquare Residences for its excellent location and great customer care. However, my last stay was disappointing.
Pros:
1. Great Location: Conveniently located near key areas.
2. Good Customer Care: Usually excellent service.
Cons:
1. Keycard Issues: The keycard didn't work twice, requiring trips back to the counter.
2. Toilet Problems: The toilet flush was slow, possibly blocked.
3. Noisy Aircon: The air conditioner was very loud, disrupting calls.
4. Slow Connection: The room has slow internet connectivity.
5. Slow Checkout: The room checking process was slow, causing long waits.
I hope these issues are addressed to maintain the hotel's high standards.
