Im sorry But this is so bad hotel ,a lot of cockroach in the room and I couldn’t sleep well 😭 and smells so bad ..no elevator and I stay at the fifth floor .just telling the truth .

Have never stayed in such a depressing, filthy room. Saw several cockroaches. There was mould on the duvet. No toilet seat, and toilet was constantly broken. The walls were constantly wet for some reason. No natural light and black ceiling made the room feel like a prison cell. Truly, truly awful - was very happy to leave. The only redeeming thing was the staff - they were polite and helpful.
