"The house is clean and sanitary. It is located in the central area of Chinatown and is very convenient for traveling. Very suitable for business trips."
"Location is good, it’s near from tourist spots in Manila. Lobby and resto’s ambiance is fine, but as soon as you enter their elevator and along hallways there is a stinky smell. For the room, bed sheet look so old and thin as well as the towel. Cold and hot shower is so hard to control. It either super hot or super cold nothing in between lol."
"1. Service: While the staff were diligent, I noticed that fulfilling requests often took longer than expected and sometimes required multiple staff members to complete a single task. This inconsistency, while not overly disruptive, did affect the smoothness of my stay.
2. Birthday Celebration: I requested a birthday celebration, but the offerings were limited to a balloon and a towel shaped like a cake, which didn’t meet my expectations. In my experience, other 5-star hotels usually provide a complimentary cake without needing to ask, especially my actual birthday is during my one week stay. I only received a cake after making a direct request.
3. Amenities: I was disappointed that the room did not include a coffee machine for coffee capsules. This is a standard amenity in many 5-star hotels.
4. Highlight Service: One positive note was that the hotel accommodated my request to reheat squid ink rice from an outside restaurant (see pic for reference)"

"We wanted to experience a little 1920’s/30’s retro vibe and The Manila Hotel delivered. An old fashioned kind of place but comfortable and stylish. The staff were fantastic, the rooms are quite large and comfortable but the shower was probably from the 1920’s ( not good!) . We did the little tour which was interesting too ."
"Excellent stay here from 12th Feb till 16th Feb 2025 - To start with the deputy manager Danica was excellent in sorting out our room we were so impressed with her she was great-the room was super clean every day.by the lovely cleaners-The restaurant had a lot of choice of food for breakfast- the pool and pool area was lovely- definitely we will be going back 😀"
"Awesome and clean hotel. The staff are friendly and nice. Easier access to different tourist spots in Manila. Kudos!
Ps. Just need to inform the client about the parking."
"The hotel offered a fantastic stay with comfortable rooms and excellent service. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist. The amenities, including the gym and pool, were top-notch. The location was convenient, close to attractions. Overall, a great experience for a relaxing getaway."
"Actually I have booked this room for my friend, and he asked me to book for two more days.
I had been in the hotel couple of months ago and it's near the Robinson place and the location is very easy to reach , many transportation and restaurants are nearby in the hotel."
"It's really rubbish. Apart from the good attitude of the front desk service, nothing is the same. When I entered the house, the water was stopped. The hot water suddenly became cold and hot. The bottled water drank almost the same as the water in the swimming pool. All kinds of furniture were about to fall apart. The sound of air conditioning sounded equivalent to the level of aircraft engines.
In addition, I did n’t understand when I first came to Manila. Ctrip wrote xx kilometers from the city center. This city center is the old city of Manila. The real urban area is in Makati. I'm still wondering how I couldn't find a five-star hotel in Manila"

Good
--YanyanTy-My stay at the Winford hotel was fantastic! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to all the major attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating (HK.Michael, Front desk-Fiona,Duty Manager Sir Danielle, Bellman Ash & Zen,Casino Dealer Gemma) going above and beyond to answer our questions and make sure we had a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options and was a great way to start the day. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Manila.
BBrandi from TexasThis is an excellent hotel for the price. It is a newer property and very convenient to get to the airport. The beds was clean and very comfortable. The room is colorful and nicely decorated. This is not a full service hotel, as it doesn’t have a full service price. If you want bottled water, just order some via Grab. If you just need to spend a night or two as your transit through Manila, this is perfect. The breakfast was limited, but good. There’s also an omelet station and the top floor has a great view. We also received great service from the front desk. My one suggestion would be to deep clean the shower floors. The room is too new for the shower floor to look a bit dirty. Other than that, I would definitely return.

OOhOhLeoThe Manila Prince Hotel offers a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of Manila. Guests appreciate the spacious rooms, which are perfect for relaxation, and the inclusion of a bathtub adds a touch of luxury. The outdoor pool provides a refreshing escape, while the wide selection of breakfast options caters to diverse tastes. For larger groups or families, the availability of connecting rooms is a fantastic feature, ensuring both privacy and togetherness. It's an ideal choice for travelers seeking comfort and practicality in a central location.
MMelch NoynaySure, I'd be happy to help with that! Here's a draft of a hotel review for Hop Inn:

**Title: Excellent Stay at Hop Inn**
**Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)**
**Review:**
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hop Inn and I must say, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore local attractions and enjoy the vibrant surroundings.
Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly and professional staff. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was quickly shown to my room. The room itself was modern, clean, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. The comfortable bed and quiet environment ensured a restful night's sleep.
One of the standout features of Hop Inn is its commitment to cleanliness and hygiene. The entire hotel is impeccably maintained, and I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a great bonus for staying connected during my trip.
Another highlight was the on-site facilities. Although the hotel does not have its own restaurant, there are plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel staff were more than happy to provide recommendations and even assisted with reservations. Additionally, the hotel's parking facilities were convenient and secure.
Overall, I highly recommend Hop Inn for its excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and prime location. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, Hop Inn offers great value and a pleasant stay.

TTravelDestinationsThe room appeared clean, but upon entering, I was hit with a bad smell. On the other hand, the location was extremely convenient, close to all the areas I wanted to visit.
However, our experience was marred by poor service. Upon arrival, no one assisted us with our luggage. The reception staff on duty was unaccommodating and intimidating. I believe that working in the hospitality industry requires a high level of customer service, even on difficult days. If someone is unhappy in their role, it's better for them to leave rather than jeopardize the company's reputation with rude behavior.
Unfortunately, this lack of service continued throughout our stay. No one helped us with our luggage when we departed, unlike other hotels I've recently visited, where staff were eager to assist.
I also noticed that most staff members didn't smile, and it seemed that they provided preferential treatment to foreign guests. In terms of amenities, the hotel needs to improve its swimming pool. We were surprised by how small it was, contradicting the hotel's description of having both a swimming pool and a children's pool. In reality, there was only one tiny pool. So, some of my relatives didn't even bother swimming due to the crowds and limited space.
In terms of food, my family stayed there for two days, and I noticed that the breakfast options lacked vegetables. It's essential to include vegetables as a choice. This hotel’s restaurant don’t cater to vegetarians.

JJohn Mungcal Sr.Staffs are friendly; one thing notable is the way the receptionist will find ways to make it easy for me to present other means of valid identification as I forgot to bring my original ID; she also mentioned the unavailability of some regular stuff being given to their customers due to holiday staffing limitation and supply deliveries. One of the cheapest but cleanest go-to hotels.
Famous fast food restaurants are just a few meters away, such as Mang Inasal and Jollibee. Other fast foods are plenty, the same with local carinderias, as well as convenience stores and bakeries, which are all a walk away only.
Very near government hospitals, namely Jose Reyes, Fabella, and San Lazaro. Leading banks are also in sight to access ATMs and other monetary needs.
Public transport is readily available esp LRT 1 Tayuman Station is just around the corner only
AAnneee101The room is spacious, but the bathroom needs a deep cleaning as there are a lot of molds. No bottled water but there is a water dispenser outside. No hair blower or iron in the room but available upon request with a fee of 105 each. The location has passing jeepneys going to quiapo and divisoria which is good.
