The hotel's location is excellent, with a 7-Eleven and a mall conveniently nearby. The service was good; the staff were friendly and easy to communicate with. I also appreciated the water dispenser for refilling bottles and tumblers. However, the room lacked basic amenities like toiletries, bottled water, and an electric kettle. Only towels were provided. I had a late check-in due to my flight, and the room did not feel properly cleaned. The blanket was damp, and after spending the night, my pajamas smelled strongly of urine. I requested a change of bedding the next day, which helped reduce the smell. The air conditioner worked fine, but the room is not soundproof at all. The surrounding area is active at night, so noise from outside can be disruptive. Overall, it was an okay stay, but the cleanliness issues were a significant drawback.

Budget friendly hotel. Rooms clean bed linen clean so no complaints. Excellent shower little noisy from fellow hoteliers. Not in the most salubrious part of town but for the enteric not to far to walk to old town.

The room was clean and cozy to sleep on. The bathroom is good and not too small for two person. The receptionist is also approachable and pleasing My only problem is that the vicinity of the hotel gets flooded when it rains. Its such a hassle. Hope they improve this.

We recently stayed at Red Planet Ortigas and what we liked the most was its location. It’s right in the heart of Ortigas, making it very convenient for both business and leisure. Major offices, malls like SM Megamall and The Podium, and plenty of dining options are all within walking distance or just a short ride away. The accessibility is excellent — whether you’re commuting by public transport or using ride-hailing apps, it’s quick and easy to get around. I was able to maximize my time in the city without spending too much of it in traffic. However, it should be noted that the hotel does not provide slippers or a dental kit by default. These are available for purchase at the front desk for ₱45, so it’s best to bring your own if you want to save on extras. Overall, the location makes this hotel a solid choice for travelers who value convenience and want to be close to everything in Ortigas.

The staff were very accomodating and approachable. The location is okay, there's a 711 and resto just by the entrance. When I arrived I have to changed room because the aircon was too noisy and so I couldn't sleep. I don't know if it's bcuz I changed room but there's no soap in the bathroom and the hair blower is not working. The aircon was an old type and on my third day the hot shower kind of not working. Not recommended for a long stay and maybe just don't expect much.
