If you have a long layover it's perfect. Close to terminal 1, about 300 pesos taxi fare (don't get scammed) very helpful staff, they personally got me a taxi at 6am to go back to terminal 1. I had a 10 hour layover so decided get some sleep instead of hanging the sad terminal. The room was clean, it had bottled water, a private bathroom, good a/c. For the price you pay it's good value.

The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. The place is ideal because its near from 7/11 and laundry shops as well. Will book again when I go here! 💗
The place location was perfect a lot of fast chain and street foods. Public transport is also accessible. Overall considering the price it was good deal
Staffs are friendly; one thing notable is the way the receptionist will find ways to make it easy for me to present other means of valid identification as I forgot to bring my original ID; she also mentioned the unavailability of some regular stuff being given to their customers due to holiday staffing limitation and supply deliveries. One of the cheapest but cleanest go-to hotels.
Famous fast food restaurants are just a few meters away, such as Mang Inasal and Jollibee. Other fast foods are plenty, the same with local carinderias, as well as convenience stores and bakeries, which are all a walk away only.
Very near government hospitals, namely Jose Reyes, Fabella, and San Lazaro. Leading banks are also in sight to access ATMs and other monetary needs.
Public transport is readily available esp LRT 1 Tayuman Station is just around the corner only

The facilities were just about complete! They had an elevator, pail, water dispenser, dipper, bidet. The aircon was good, the bed, pillows and blanket and comforter were comfortable and made for a nice sleep. They have a great location for the Binondo crawl and while I wanted to eat at the Fb go-to's, there were always a lot of people so better luck next time. The next day, they allowed us to place our stuff somewhere while we went to 168 Mall. And thank you for the tikoy!

The location is fine though the entrance is not quiet fancy, no telephone for service. But it's fine for its price. I recommend for cheap price hotel but not so fancy, you'll get used to it after a day of stay.

The room given to me was nice. And kudos to the staff - when water entered the room because of the recent storm, I was immediately moved to another room.
Maybe fix the leaking windows next time. But overall (if there's no storm or typhoon), I'd probably stay there again if given the chance.
The location is perfect, malapit po sya sa mga Universities, like Mapua, since from the Nueva Ecija pa po kami, at 2 days/a week lang ang face to face classes ng anak kong Senior High, kaya nagtatransient nalang po kaming mag-ina.

Wwanderwoman23This is the second time we are staying in this hotel. The last time was last June and we exactly had the same problem still. The last time we went here, they mentioned that wifi is not working since there's something that needs to be fixed. Fast forward to 4 months later, the lady in the front desk presented the wifi username and password but when we tried to connect, no internet still. The last time we went here, they gave us a different remote to the TV. Now, we got the right remote but lady mentioned that it's not cable TV but we can watch something thru the net. Poof. It's also not connected.
The beds are comfy tho but pillows' too thin. The faucet in the sink was damaged. They don't have other amenities.
Location is okay if you want to explore UST, quiapo, or divisoria.
Overall, value for money, we've stayed to other hotels with way better deals than here.
